I'd argue that people still discuss it, as it was sold to people as a way to attract a better class of investor to raise funds on better terms.

As the second part of that is yet to happen, it's still of some interest.

All I'd say is that you are ignoring previous behaviour. What he wants and what he can get are potentially very different things.

The devil will be in the detail as always, but I can see why PI's may wish to be "out" until there is certainty.

I can't personally see an II who won't touch us as we are a penny stock, wanting to get in without a discount when we consolidate to a £ stock.

I'd counter that past behaviour has shown there is quite often a placing at a discount following a good announcement, therefore, once bitten twice shy.

With consolidation on the horizon, that also gives more room for larger discounts going forward.

When considered with the previous behaviour, I can see why many want out.

I don't get the vibe people want / think this will fail, more that PI's will get diluted out by discounted placings until it comes to fruition.

I don't think you can place below the nominal value. So consolidating to raise the SP, give more opportunity to discount in the future.

Only benefit to consolidating to a higher price is so a bigger discount can be applied to a placing.
