I make it around a 6% increase in number of shares if everything from the trade loan is drawndown and converted, and warrants exercised.

It's interesting that it's a trade finance loan facility that is being explored and not any form of cln or placing.

I doubt you'd get a tflf without some pretty good justification you can pay it back.
