If it were so obvious, why do you still complain so much? You would have sold before the war right? So why complain so much?
You seem far more obsessed with Mac than anything about this share. Feb 21 when you joined, so assuming this must have been buying in then? I can understand why you might be sad if you bought then. It has come down a lot since then.
Other than the war, what has changed for the worse with the company in your opinion, that would question your investment?
No they weren't. Those saying get out were the ones saying the company had no value. Yet here it still is.
The levels we are at are due to the war. SP was pretty stable at 20p for months before.
RNS's before the war happened, to me at least, suggested things were close.
CTC - again, attacking me for calling out blatant false statements. No complaint about what buyontop stated being hugely speculative and without substance. Even been disproved by an RNS.
You and many others seem to think I'm a "ramper" yet all I do is call out the blatant lies. If being neutral is a ramper these days then what does that make you?
As for the company, I think it has a good chance of delivering its plan of selling substantially all of its assets. That's why I still hold my shares and haven't sold them.
As for when, no idea. War has made it a bit more complicated. As for how much, plenty more than what I bought for. I feel the opportunity is large, so I keep my shares. This isn't without risk, but it's a risk I happy to take.
What are your predictions then?
As Lovelyboy has laid out nicely here, a lot of this is out of the BoD control, yet you all blame the BoD?
Buyontop - what you have stated there is pure negative speculation. There is no evidence to support such a claim.
If I recall correctly, the AGM had a query if the party had completed DD was still at the table, with the answer being they were. Quite the opposite of what you state.
I appreciate its a lot of "feeling" over "facts", but saying investors have been duped is unproven either way.
When this resolves, one way or another, is when we will know if the communication "strategy" was justified or not.
Until then, or further news in the interim, it makes no sense to keep banging on about no news week on week.
It'll be time for the next AGM "shortly", if we've heard nothing that floats your boat by then, it'll be a good opportunity to register your displeasure.
Whilst I see what you're saying, I would argue any prolific asset seizing by Rus would result in no international investment in the country for the next 100 years.
Whilst mad Vlad could do anything, I'm not sure him or his other wealthy cronies would enter into such financial self flagelation.
Maybe China would pick up the slack, but who knows
So CALLS, you stated you expected to see 3p after the missile landed in Poland. How did that pan out? I think it opened up if memory serves. So another hugy incorrect prediction proved wrong in record time.
I have never predicted £5. You seem to have some serious reading comprehension issues if you think I have.
I appreciate reading isn't always easy for everyone, and maybe you didn't have access to decent education wherever you're from.
You can still change that though. Education sources aren't too expensive, so do take the time over the weekend to look into them. They could improve your life in many ways
Hmm, what a surprise. TreadingCarefully & CTC not getting the point of an example.
I notice again CTC that you attack me, but leave ScottyDogg alone despite his usual rubbish.
As I'm sure it was clear to all with a balanced view, the point being made was that if this asset sale results in people making a lot of money, I'm sure they'll change their tune regarding the opinions they have of the BoD.
Scottydogg - Really think that will depend on the outcome. If this sells for £5 a share, I think most would be happy to give the BoD another go at sorting out v2.
If it doesn't sell, or makes a small profit, then you may have a point.
But then again, you think it's a failure anyway so
It's not a negative indicator either "Truth"factory
If anything, it suggests negotiations are ongoing.
RNS's prior to the war were quite positive on a conclusion being reached. I personally wouldn't consider the delay we are seeing, most likely due to the war, as dragging this out.
For me, I guess the proof or otherwise of this will be how swiftly this resolves post war (assuming it doesn't resolve before then).
