Hubstar, I can't see why we would drop back if we don't get an RNS?

It's not like not getting an RNS this week has any detrimental impact on KEFI's valuation. I suppose the only people it really impacts are the traders who might be frustrated by it.

Qnard, another silver lining of course is that PoG is now about 100% higher than when I first invested!

Crazytowner, it is incredibly simple and obvious, but the usual suspects here are grasping at any straws they can to spread fear that we might only get $15m (still 0.15p added to sp!) for our Saudi exploration works.

You really have to wonder why they're so desperate. Personally I expect circa $80m, but I'm actually invested in KEFI, so I am content to just sit back and wait and see. Bonkers, Manu, etc. are in the precarious position whereby they've traded KEFI over the last few weeks, not sold expecting for a dip.... but it's not coming so they're trying to force one.

I believe that they whole 25% was agreed to be bought out by ARTAR six months ago.

This 10% at forgone cost, then 15% at market value will have been part of the deal. Reasonable deal for ARTAR, reasonable deal that suits KEFI time-line wise.

Would be great to see a swift closure to the deal now that GMCO will have a fair market price established.

Upward trend continues. Would be nice to break 0.6 before the week is up.

With this being the last week of Feb, I expect anticipation will be red hot next week.

This has been a great wee period for smoking out all the traders. Those who go quiet or flip-flop about whether they're optimistic or pessimistic on KEFI during a rise, then bombard LSE when they've hit their target, sold out and need the price to crash to rinse and repeat.

The highest bid IS fair market value. There is no such think as "over-paying". If a buyer is willing to pay a price, then that is the market value. This isn't ticket master lol

And it's not a disagreement - the definition of fair market value is defined and there in black and white for everybody to see.

I'm not going to interact with bonkers, but he is completely wrong when he says that if KEFI get big bids, then ARTAR will still be able to buy for whatever an independent values it at. "Fair market value" is the price a willing seller will accept from a willing buyer. If KEFI are getting $80m bids then that is "Fair market value". The only card ARTAR have to play is that they get final refusal.
