What is pretty telling though, is your rationale. You've searched through six months of posts from two different people, and have found two posts that happen to have been posted within an hour (both actually saying different things, just mentioning 1p), and you're drawing some kind of correlation between the two.

I am being completely sincere here, because I wish you no ill-will, but have you considered what this obsession with KEFI is doing to your mental health? Imagine if the hours and hours every day that you devote to KEFI were instead devoted to learning a new language, doing some fitness and exercise, or perhaps volunteering for a charity. I can't help but think that you would be a more stable and happier person.

I'm still not sure what your angle is with KEFI - for a long time I thought that nobody could be so silly to dedicate this much time to spreading FUD, just out of spite and vindictiveness at being burnt by a high-risk investment, and that you must have some shorting angle or perhaps looking to load up at lower prices..... now I'm actually concerned that you might just be some guy with a really unhealthy obsession and a bit of a main character complex?

Smellyben, it is so obvious what your agenda is here. You are intentionally misunderstanding the most simple finance statements from last year and now you are tying to compare the £7m of cost for the 10% with the sale of 15%. Every RNS detailing this has explained the difference and clarified that the two are not comparable. There is only one reason that you are intentionally misrepresenting..... its more because of lack of morals than lack of intelligence.

As soon as some of Harry's plan starts to come to fruition there is going to be a mega re-rate.... not just from the fact that intrinsic value of KEFI will increase with every step closer to fully de-risked, but also because the market will start to have some faith in KEFI's RNSs. That's the real reason that the sp is an absolute bargain at the minute - if that starts to change the sp will quickly correct.

The other big thing with the resource estimates is how the value of gold impacts the cut-off grades. At TK the cut-off grades for the DFS were something like $1,200/oz. If you increase that to $3,000/oz all of a sudden the cut-off drops and the RE massively increases. That's all before taking into account that it is open at depth and it multiple directions, and all sorts of satellite deposits. TK will easily be 3moz imo.

It is interesting that it's starting to dawn on all the naysayers that we are going to get big-bucks for the Saudi assets. When it was announced they were all saying we'll be lucky to get out with the shirt on our backs, or maybe £10m tops. Bonkers is even trying to redefine "fair market value" just to twist.

Now though it seems like we have UPshunt saying $26m, and Bonkers now saying $25m.

Secondly, Edisons $100m is only for Jibal Qutman and Hawiah, so the value of all the licenses is additional to their $100m. Or, alternatively neither my 100m nor Edisons 100m includes for the additional licenses.

$100m (1p extra on sp) for Saudi, and 6p per share post finance (rising to 8p by '28).

I could live with that, but I think that by '28 PoG will be much higher than today, although they cover this with "each 10% move in the gold price from our base case assumption results in a 0.67p per share", so it's prob a fairly reasonable bit of analysis.

interesting though that you now say 20m-25m. so a fairly nailed on 50% increase to valuation within the near future? even if finance isn't sorted, that's not a bad return. add it a potential xxx% upside if harry does pull off finance closure, then i'm sitting very content about my investment right now!

This all sounds very similar to what I was suggesting a long time ago - ARTAR buy out KEFI's 15%, and then subcontract out exploration and development works to KEFI, potentially with a bonused structure.

This would be ideal for KEFI's cash-slow situation. Would provide a secure and reliable profitable income stream, and at the same time providing exposure to discovery upside, but without the cash-flow-sapping initial investment requirements.

At the start you (or some of your accounts) were banging on about £10m max, and scoffing at those who said somewhere in the region of £40m-£70m.

Now you're scoffing at £80m - £100m...... perhaps you now think that £40m+ is actually fairly likely?

Bonkers, nothing has changed in regard to ratification, in that I'm still very content that it is a done deal (the EG are currently pumping their own money into the TK site-works), and that it is progressing. Neither Harry nor myself are experts on how long that process is taking within the Ethiopian parliament, but my comments last year were in regard to the process being fast tracked and progressed (not how soon it would be completed) and in response to naysayers like yourself questioning whether it would derail the project or not.

If you really believe that Harry (and everybody else including NOMAD who reviews and signs off on RNSs) thought that it was going to take until March '25, but released a misleading RNS saying end of Dec, then that's an opinion of yours that I don't share.

Today's RNS was to confirm that the TDB board has now approved the increased loan amount, and also to draw attention to the updated TK overview document.

I find it very interesting that there has been so much chat on here about time-lines and personalities, etc. etc. and yet very little commentary on the mind-blowing updated Tulu Kapi report that has been released.

As far as I (and KEFI) are concerned, ratification is a done deal.

And I wasn't berating somebody for asking a legitimate question. It would be a legitimate question, if we hadn't just received an RNS stating that ratification is progressing.

What do you mean that it is "deliberately held up". Ratification is a process, which is progressing.

You're obviously up to devilment and trying to suggest that there is an issue, when today's RNS (and several before) have said the exact opposite and reaffirmed (as recently as this morning) that ratification "is in advanced process".

Very clear that Bonkers is a GGP holder, doing his best to spread Fear Uncertainty and Doubt on the KEFI board in a desperate attempt to suppress the price long enough to break even in GGP, before he finally invests in KEFI.

He'll either disappear (again), or perhaps his flip-flop will be even more embarrassing than DVHarrison's

I imagine he was cynical about GGP, probably didn't buy in until late and sitting with and average circa 12p.

Perhaps you should consider how this RNS (which you say is a nothing-RNS) has moved the sp close to the same amount as GGP's great RNS. Perhaps it will dawn on you that GGP is now a de-risked slow moving investment. It would be monumental for GGP now to ever do 100%, but KEFI could easily do 1,000% between now and finance sign-off, and another 100% before production.

1p is £80m mcap....... for a de-risked multi-billion dollar project. No harm, but the numbers can't be argued with and saying 1p kinda makes you sound daft through that lens.

The only reason this might not go immediately to 5p is potentially sentiment / emotional reactions like yours, but eventually the calculations will prevail and this will easily be £500m mcap long before production.
