Once it is finally and officially ratified you can expect an RNS, which will bring in the masses. Currently it is only those "in the know" that are aware and can take advantage currently.

I think anyone trying to top up now is going to do so at a premium, but they’ve the benefit of not having to gamble. Will still be cheap at 1p considering what’s coming in the next 2 months!
