the GS going makes us relevant again. at the moment, Mould can do almost as he pleases. no shareholder should want another shareholder to have a more important share than them, its illogical. on 3m shares traded/ 1445bn in total, the company has lost another 30-50m market cap
its horrid, and they need to shore up buying support (something now missing since the infamous capital market day in Sept 21)

that utterly unexplained drop just shows how manipulated this is by the shorts. will not stop until THG give them a reason to stop i.e. actually deliver their numbers/ ingenuity whales/ governance

The ebitda margin should be 40%+, then it depends how much of the GMV, THG get (my estimate would be circa 5% profit share + another 5-10% in other services), so easily 100m editba, but you really never know with the hut

ingenuity contract wins are vital for THG SP - there are rumours of a link in with Boots, and up to 2 other deals, with the focus on software as a service (as RNS said).
these have to be big though, and not another Matalan which has failed to deliver much (given ingenuity barely grew in 2022)
without ingenuity wins, or M&A THG SP will be between 40-60p

I agree monimam, THG nutrition is the biggest potential asset of THG. with whey prices falling seriously fast now (likely the cause of the total group SP increase), and the fact that THG own all the assets (vertically integrated/ Own label etc), they can expand hard in current markets (through physical store listings/ licensing / vending etc) and also in new markets (ME/ APAC / INDIA etc), to unlock strong growth at circa 15% ebitda
