Okey, yes good debate. On the capex, I have H1 investment into ingenuity at 51m, so lets call it 100m for full year.
THG also highlight in their FY 21 presentation they need 3-3.5% of turnover for maintaince capex.
my question is what is the minimum capex THG can get away with (i guess 3% of revenue so 70m) but does this ensure ingenuity is well maintained for their own business units such as LF/ Myprotein etc etc

either way, there is no way moulding survives past 2023 as CEO unless they achieve FCF neutral, reduce their debt and materially increase their margins. he should be farmed out to some sort of American style president role (ie no say, but gets an office)

they have 200m net debt smartpee not including leases, with leases circa 1/2 billion debt

by the market reaction, it is very cleat that something is not right here, and i guess would more skeletons will come out the closest. its dropped 6% in 90 mins. its just not normal.
if they dont get their cash flow sorted, they run out of actual cash end of this year (not inclusing debt they are calling cash - ie overdraft)
its a total mess
