me too Oke. I thought the landing was nailed on (it wasnt exactly hard having been reduced 3x already within the year, and only just reiterated 10 weeks before closing).
it was a masterclass in everything that is wrong with Mould leadership. all the low level grunts are high fiving themselves on linkedin for achieving their targets (which they cant have for such a big miss) and Gallemore who as CFLO should be guided Mould on the landing, was either utterly incompetent to the point of misleading, or Mould just doesnt listen and would prefer to BS to the markets.

either way, its not how you run a publicly owned business - and then to dillute shareholders again after this is just poor. The Mould is a disgrace who has been fully found out by all now

Oke, you are correct. Guidance miss (for 4th time) was the final straw for all. Gallemore paid for it with his job and was the scape goat. but big players will be targeting Mould as the buck rests with him.

the optionality for THG is massive, and value upside good. the issue for THG is one Mr Matthew Moulding who needs to be removed from CEO position (and also needs his GS to expire to allow optionality)

Asos was cut to hold and doing better than THG. THG down due to shorts increase due to alleged boots deal falling through.
the issue with the 1BN GMV is that every week that passes with it being secured (and THG should update as they have RNSed about it) means that GMV erodes by 2%. so far we are 5 weeks into 2023 so 10%....you can see why no one trusts a word Mould says...

well bonkers the problem is the SP was where it is now 24 hours, then moulding opened his mouth and it lost all its gain.

the NASDAQ is +2% today and THG is barely back to where it was before moulding

so thats one problem...the CEO

yeah THG is essentially 10% behind both boo and asos, due the craxy drop yesterday and their 2-3% rise
its same old problem - no one wants to buy any shares - 4m shares traded shows that
