ELF is a pure play beauty product manufacturer who have successfully increased pricing

THG beauty is mainly an online market place who trades on being the cheapest in market with very little pricing power

I would be very surprised if boots marketplace does not use ingenuity in some form, esp after they managed to find a deal with a director competitor in Maximo Group

hopefully we get an RNS to explain the financials and ROI in more detail to make an analysis, esp as moulding has claimed it will now be profitable due to synergies
