this division has potential but it seems to show it and must become self sufficient (ie CFC neutral quicker than the 5 years guided, otherwise its another circa 250m outflow)

THG confirmed the property sales are done and baked into 12 month cash outflow of -40m. you can work out the S1 23 cashflow accordingly

REVB digital sales are actually -12% YonY, so not sure THG is helping here

Nice, typically the licensee (THG) would get at least 10% of the revenue generated, which is pure profit for THG as the production costs are covered by Iceland. so they should generate at least 3-6m bottom line profit per year, and this grows as more products are launched and it goes in more supermarket chains

Analysts targets are based on consensus of 120m ebitda in 2023 and 163m in 2024.

If THG beat these, or update they will beat in Mid Year results, the TP will be increased and SP should follow.

all the retail listings, new ingenuity etc are simply enablers of this

PS as usual you made a mistake in your comments highlighting its most recent trading performace (ie the one THG bought into and the one that is best for guidance on the deal). the revenue and profit you quoted are for 2019.

we are in 2023 so best to refer to the 2022 revenue and profit. its a few lines down in the article if you can be bothered.
