THG beauty could actually not be a total waste if it can gorw its ad tech revenue. moulding guided to around 10m in 2023 from 3/4m in 2022. imagine if it did 30/40m on a current ebitda mid term plan of 60m...that could shift the needle a fair bit, esp if manufacturing starts to deliver 20m or so a year again

also watch out for beauty. 10m editda on 540m revenue is horrid, and put simply without nutrition and whey being low, THG would bankrupt itself eventually on those margins (with ingenuity even lower)

moulding is broadly bad for us. THG has recieved generous (to SP) TO appraoches and also single division appraoches.

for the majority of these he hides them form us which is not allowed under a premium listing. so what does he do, delay the premium listing as long as possible using new FCA regs, like he delayed the golden share.

kelso were very positive to THG and mould before. but the last RNS shows they have changed.

before them Jupiter, softboys, t rowe price all came and went as he fcuks them all off. hes a liar, and worse, cant ever deliver that the market expects.

i am long, but do want to exit in entirity (too under water so far). I see great value in Nutrition and great risk in beauty.

Very sombering reading. i guess the positive, if there are any, if that companies rightly want Nutrition. and it is worth more than the market cap of the whole company due to the drag of beauty and the capex of ingenutiy.

THG will have to move to premium listing, whether they do it (doubt as they are liars) or are forced when FCA merges premium with standard. then all M&A gets a vote by shraeholders, and is not hidden by that manc ceo crook.

The issue is beauty doesnt generate any real ebitda. 10m at 2% is pathetic. why would anyone buy. numis have the whole beauty business inc brands and manufacturing at less than 500m in their own right. many feel that would be generous.

and before the argument of how much money they spent (wasted) on acqusitions, thats the issue, they had to write off 200m off that last year ie its assets gone for ever.

W7L results have trully shown what a mess THG beauty is in. high costs, structural low margin, sales declining

2/ a hostile TO

3/ more of a partnership divisional JV - most likely for me
