Hope you are right stevie, and maybe you will be. btw what airline are mypro products going on (you referenced earlier). that would be an interesting development, and i am very impressed by their expanding retail reach btw. think they should partner with a big player in USA to really drive this

No i m sorry oke, its not as you are attributing all capex to inegnuity. but clearly there is also some to maintain nutrition and beauty factories, head office computers/ servers etc etc

to be clear ingenuity capex is intangible and in the annual report it breaks it down. it is max 50-70m, please use the written reports as you are spreading misleading information

ingenuity breaks even based on 7.5% ebitda margins on 1.25bn sales. 1.25bn multiplied by 7.5% ebitda is circa 90m, which again supports ingenuity capex is no more than this, and certainly not 135m which is for total group/ all divisions inc beauty/ nutrition and experience

total capex is up to 135m and they confirm that is gross.

in 2021 and 2022 intangible capex ie ingenuity was 44m then 55m, going to maybe 70m max. probably less due to their software ingenuity partnerships.

135m is misleading - its their total capex inc maintenance.

- only allen has bought shares (except Mould). the only others wiht holdings had them pre IPO (Gallemore and MACDONALD)

- ingenuity takes max 70m capex - its in all the FY and annual reports, and to B/E it only plans to take 70m

the balance of 65m (135-70m) is maintaince/ tanglible

Starting to ask myself what will it take for THG to go up:

- shorts are much lower than pre bid

- matalan deal sounds material + maximo

- whey and almost all input costs are materially down

- THG has very strong cash/ balance sheet

- inflation is coming down and retail sales improving

and still barely a bounce

maybe if those F ing directoes who rejected apollo bought, that would help F'ers

take the point on greater stability, but the interest costs on the finance are very high (11%). i dont follow asos too much, but i would be surprised if market reacted well to this, esp as CEOs aid no financing was needed 2 weeks ago. that to me creates more uncertatinity in him

Is this equity raise not because asos lenders have reduced their offering by 75m. therefore asos have been forced to bridge the gap with rushed 75m equity placing.

this is circa 20% more shares, so surely SP will reduce by 20% upon open, based on their being 20% more shares but the market cap not materially being affected (other than asos has 75m less debt now?)
