Its not the point, look how orchrated the sell off is by the A trades. shows what an impossible job this share has. it has to rise 100% to just get to the 117p it was 2 weeks back. it couldnt even hold a 6% rise on fairly good news

this really shows the problems this share has on the LSE. even though it is off course good news selling an unwanted asset, the SP goes up as you would expect, but this share is so utterly easy for bears and shorts to manipulate (and believe me there are at least 5 just under the 0.49% threshhold), that it totally sells off

Beauty needs to get back to growth (both revenue and ebitda). Ingenuity needs to deliver as circa 80m capex a year to produce circa 20-30m editda is poor (albeit it does provide a lot of services that allow beauty and nutrition to do well)

THG needs a CEO that delivers what he/she says they will, drives ebitda hard and reduces debt harder.

Either way, it is becoming increasingly clear all is not well within the THG shareholder register, and surely every shareholder should vote against re-electing Moulding and Macdonald to the board.

IMO mould would be better served delivering on commitments to benefit his shareholders (GS going/ delivering FCF/ landing ingenuity whales) and in general unlocking share holder value (800p to 60p aint great), then ranting on linkedin during working hours

i re-iterate my advise. all shareholders should vote to NOT re-elect moulding to the board. the board should then fire moulding as CEO. Appolo should be invited to re-bid by the board once Mould GS gone in 3 months and 28 days
