It edges down for a very simple reason. almost all UK II cannot buy it as it is not on a premium listing. then you have more than 65% shares owned by major holders. they they dont need anymore.

so you have a battle between PI and bots, and bots win every time. its the most catch 22 thing i have ever seen for a company. if i wasnt so invested, i would laugh at the gilded cage mould finds himself in

The recent Apollo TO approach was rejected. On Linkedin Matthew Moulding said more than 50% of shareholders agreed to reject. why were these shareholders shown the TO indicative price, but not all shareholders. I would like to know what was the final offer price? and why it wasnt proposed to all shareholders? and was the offer rejected due to Moulding using the GS?

The SOTP valuation of Liberium is 220p. today the SP is less than 60p. what actions will the board take to unlock share holder value bearing in mind the SP has dropped circa 60% since IPO.

The board should offer a minority equity of Nutrition to a external partner that can help offline distribution (like Pepsi did with Celsius). what plans for the board have here?

Anyone voting for moulding, is crazy in my view. he thinks he is more important than all of us as shown by his golden share. he rejects offers much higher than this crappy SP without telling us what the offer is. he rants and rambles all day long whilst delivering 4x profit warnings

Initial report should be within the next month, then its reviewed so guess estimate cant be much longer + it is becoming a political priority now as London becomes the Jurassic park of inveting (which serves it right)

In the auditor report, they confirm that THG is inline with almost all the practises of a premium listing. its just the GS whihc is 100% gone on 16 sept, no ifs, no buts, no nothing. it is GONE

I get why THG are waiting for the review as there is a cost to move to premium listing so makes sense to see what the new requirements are. should be published within 2 months max

Absolutely GoCPI, the 4x profit warnimgs didnt help but can be somewhat explained by macro climate and also as THG finally pivoted to focus on bottom line.

I also believe THG has very decent long term prospects, in no small aprt with Nutrition which is a gold mine with whey prices at many year lows, and demand improving for the last 4 quarters in a row.

i just feel THG would be better off without Moulding and the drama he brings. for sure it will be better when all shares are equal ie no GS, and when they finally move to premium market and take their place in FTSE 250. I actually think, in very tough circumstances (having to babysit a 53 year old man child) lord allen has done a good job in restructuring the board, and removing Gallemore from power, brining in 2 decent business men in Vivek and Damien Sanders. just need a professional CEO now, and no a cry baby

Yet another day of SP nonsense, due to small float easily manipulated. with no dividend, THG have to find a way to offer shareholder value, or essentially whats the point. cant just trade up and down a few pence, when it has lost 90% of its value in 3 years
