Mountainous, I couldn't agree more. Before the break their lawyer showed emails from other bankers and concluded "it makes perfect sense that you told them sensitive information, otherwise, why would they ask about terminating the deal". Nisan is not responsible for what other bankers write to each other and to him. What sort of evidence is that?

Most investment bankers don't have the balls to play a fair game... normally, they're all over the executives with private emails looking for some insights and confirmation on business plans. Even if they find out some key information they won't tell you. Their official prediction is as good as yours...

It might just keep going... on our way to 600 (~30p PMO money was a key level).

Mountaneous, the lawyer just referred to March 2020 and the price at 34. There was a bloodbath for every stock and the lawyer is trying to accuse Mooky's brother that he proposed to wait a bit and only PROBABLY get the deal for $1.5bn cash. Is he having a laugh?
