the problem here is not equity raise but how the BOD played it in the worst possible way. Last year when announcing that equity raise is going to happen they should have told us that we may need to raise X amount after the SOA2 is approved. The SP at the time was >10p so they could have easily announced that we plan to raise @6p which is 70% discount bla bla bla which would have ispired confidence in IIs and PIs and we might have traded at about 6p but this week's crash was totally avoidable. Now, they will struggle to raise at 1/10th of that price. What a bloody mess.

Clearly against! Mcap is just 14m currently, they have several times that amount in cash. I would take, say, 20p per share without putting anything in. Yes, some may be disappointed but you won't get a better return with the scheme in the foreseeable future. The fca, court and board are worried about the creditors with shareholders value completely destroyed... I think there's a high chance that the scheme will pass in court but gets voted down by the shareholders.

100% of the redress equates to 345m. Not impossible given time.

@calamari the Q is not "getting wiped out", it has already happened. Last year AMGO announced equity raise and the SP plummeted from 14p to 6p and after todays rns it reduced further to 3p. Don't forget one thing, it's subject to shareholder approval. Hopefully, large stake holders will vote against the new scheme.

it has just crashed the SP by almost 50% and the way forward with the RI is clear as mud. "The New Business Scheme will require the Company to issue at least 19 new shares for every existing share in the Company." Meaning purely required by the new business scheme which is not a financial necessity. Unbelievable

say you had 1,000 AMGO shares @ 6p Friday price = 60 GBP (for scalability)
for the RI you may add 19,000 @ "undefined" price to bring your total holding to 20k. The price of RI must be lower than the market price and that's why AMGO have the whole year. On the other hand, they don't need to raise a lot (15m+) so why do they say a minimum of 19:1? Does it work out to less than 1/20th of the Firday close price? If you sell 20k at 0.3p (1/20th of 6p) than you break even. The timing has to be right guys, it really depends on the SP at the time of RI.

no funds for 2:1 let alone 19:1. When does the voting take place? If it's after the court decision they can propose 100:1 but I think PIs already suffered enough. Tell AMGO to find the money elsewhere, e.g. from CEO's wages :)

FCA wants the shareholders to be wiped out. The scheme would not pass otherwise. I have a feeling we must approach the court with the SP being absolutely hammered to stand a chance and this could be one of the reason for releasing such RNS so that the SP does not crawl up approaching the final judgement. Not wise selling today, the price will be much higher if the scheme is approved

regarding tolmount, when last year HBR said they're launching it in Q1 2022 I read it as "end of March if we're lucky". I'm happy to be proven wrong on this occasion but we all know this well from the PMO days.

buy back appears random because it's designed to have no direct affect on the SP. However, now it should be easier to lift the SP with a few decent buys...

@Rookie1 what answers do you expect to get from the HBR board? The SP is going down because this is market and HBR is completely detached from fundamentals. From the chart it seems that traders are heavily involved in driving the stock price with a lot of selling pressure in around 380s up to a major resistance level at 400p. Buyers interest is anything below 350p which is the level most IIs got into HBR.
