@Pearls After 370p blue finish yesterday, this morning you could pick up some as low as 355p. This should not be happening. I wouldn't mind if we had it both ways but hbr never opens 20p above the closing SP.

Because it makes sense to hold vs. sell at 3.5p today. The SOA hearing takes place in March and according to a recent vote on this forum some thought that approaching the court, the SP can be as high as 10-15p and with positive news it can go even higher. Potentially, you're looking at 4 fold increase within a few months.

all previous results have been very encouraging but unfortunately it hasn't been reflected on the SP. Maybe because it's all on paper and they have to mine to attract more interest. What's the general consensus?

Rosie, my analysis is based on what's happening in the near term. The market lives today not in the future. You know that the SP was >10p at the time when equity raise was announced last year. Since then, the overall number of shares in issue remained the same and the risk of massive dilution has been already factored in. If someone buys today at 4p and can sell next week, say over 6p this would be an excellent trade. The fundamentals are completely irrelevant right now.

6. I don't recall many regular BB members saying that Tolmount will come on line in January. After the AGM I posted: "Q2 if you're lucky".
8. The announcment on the dividends has done nothing to the SP, we're still at just over 17p old money. Guess what will happen if they call it off.

Why is the spread so huge? Usually, this happens on low volume but I wouldn't say it's low for 1.5h trading
