There is clearly a single individual responsible for the current state of the SP. It is the CHAIRMAN, he has shirked his responsibilities in holding the CEO and BOD to account, which is his main responsibility as the Independent voice at the top of the company. He cannot be held accountable to any professional body so carries on taking the money with impunity it seems, that's despite Kelso asking for his removal 12 months ago, and he's still just lurking in the background taking £400k a year from shareholder's. There you have it. JAO Adyor!
