We all know that Hedge Funds are basically 'Criminal' organisations working within a set of rules created by the national regulatory authorities (governments), in order to generate tax revenues. Unfortunately most of the earnings are probably filtered through off shore accounts so tax revenues are minimised. It seems that quite a few AIM companies are delisting. Shorting should be banned as you should not be able to sell an asset that you do not possess, it's clearly done to damage companies. Most of the big Hedge Funds are based in the US but seem to go after companies listed elsewhere? The US authorities don't mess around with Hedge Funds spreading FUD and manipulation of US companies!

Rizzel, that's why Ingenuity was demerged, too much capital requirements...Capital Requirements now reduced from £110m to circa £20m...

Sub 300p on next results is more likely don't you think as brokers go bearish on big supermarkets following ASDA price war announcement in what is an already saturated market with Lidl and Aldi able to undercut any of the big 4 at will...£10 billion outstanding debt mountain will make it difficult to increase dividends much one would assume? The loan may not be converted..."If it has not previously converted, the Convertible Loan is repayable on the earlier of 31 December 2030" its just another line of credit out to 2030 if required, just depends on a number of factors one assumes?

As for JDV, he knows about as much of European and Ukrainian history as Trump knows about Denmark.!
