Frasers and THG had recently signed a distribution deal in Sports Direct for My Protein products so the shares deals cannot be hostile imvho.

Not sure MM has out manoeuvred QIA, Sofina, Frasers etc..these £ multi billion entities are run by the sharpest players out there, this is a FTSE 250 listed company now so there must be agreement between all these individuals..Ingenuity was a forced separation leaving RemainCo to pay dividends and possibly set up for a sale to a third party...£225million of debt paid off in cash and the remaining loan rolled over to 2029...watch and wait is the best play here one assumes?
