It's ridiculous for Tesco to have returned £billions to shareholders in special dividends in the past few years from the sale of the overseas business and sale of freeholds etc only to be left with an eye-watering £10 billion debt, very poor management...but then again the CEO etc often leave that mess to someone else once they get their golden handshake🤝. 🙄 JAO Adyor

Sub 300p looking likely now another price war started it seems..Listed Supermarkets and the likes of ASDA are very heavily in debt with Tesco having a near £10 billion eye watering debt.. JAO Adyor

Paying dividends and buying back shares at high prices is ridiculous with the colossal near £10 billion debt the company has foolishly run up...but the CEO's and BOD's huge salaries are no doubt safe? Shareholders have been mugged again by a bunch of spivvs it seems. Avoid..! Adyor!!!!

Unfortunately with the SP this low and trading below cash there must be a very big temptation for the 🤡 🤡 to walk of with this one and there's very little anyone can do about it.

I think 🤔 it's a distinct possibility...several other companies have gone down that route recently..It's just another way of stealing assets from investors for virtually nothing...If it gets delisted its very difficult for private investors to hold/trade the shares but the directors effectively take over the company for virtually next to nothing. JAO Adyor!

I see that Tesco appears to be falling into the same trap a VOD and now getting punishment on the SP..down 25% in little over a week..A near £10 billion debt now hanging around their necks and buying back shares.m at very high price..we all seen how that formulaworked out at VOD...JAOAdyor..

The dividend should be scrapped and the colossal £9.676 billion debt paid off...buying back shares when the SP is high is utter madness, you should only buy back shares when the SP is on the floor and the company doesn't have a colossal debt around its neck...Tesco are heading for a big fall if they don't address the debt mountain..JAO Adyor.!!
