BBG was definitely wrong, because he told someone who claimed there would be corporate action around the PREVIOUS PFS (not the most recent one) that they were ignorant, when in fact they were bang on. So was BBG wrong? Absolutely.

Oh, it's just you told a poster who thought there would not be CA around the previous PFS that they were inexperienced or ignorant. Then there wasn't any CA. So they were correct. And you were wrong to accuse them of ignorance. Do you understand, or should I draw you a diagram?
