How much were the shares used as collateral worth at the time, BBG? Did he put up $10m worth for a $10m loan? If so I don't think this then necessitates a rise, does it? If the shares stay at the same value, the lender is fine.

Have a look back at your own post history from a few years ago. You don't have to admit that you're doing it, that's understandable. Just read the confidence you wrote with about a buy out, then look at the time stamp. That might help you to understand why not everyone agrees with you.

Finally, if you've had communication from the company confirming what you say, feel free to post it. If they share with a small time holder like you, they'll be happy to share more widely (unless you think £150k make you special?). If you can't, because you're making things up, we'll understand.
