Hi Andy.The investors here are behaving now like the market makers of yesteryears ,wanting immediate results and galloping up share prices.Only 4 days ago an excellent RNS about TYK2/JAK1 £174.000 money Grant has been confirmed,the money yet to be Transferred to SAR , The Company clearly stating that it will take up to six months to finish pre-clinical investigation and the punters piling on negative comments and trying to create panic selling.Not a clue haw laborious the tests are and now especially so under Covid strict guidance in the Labs.Just calm down .I did say here that Big Pharmas at present are preoccupied with Covid as well as preparing end of year financial Results for their own Companies.You no longer can negotiate face to face at present because of travel restrictions in The UK , ZOOM is not a way of closing multi million £/$ deals.We may get some indication what is in the offing during AGM.Stach

I have yet never spoken about Dr Dilly as CEO or as a Scientist.She is probably a very nice person and a reliable Director.However she has inherited a poison chalice from the previous Directors.How on Earth can she raise money after fairly recent Consolidation of 125:1 ? People here have very short memory and going on that we have so few shares and very small Cap but not thinking that raising substantial money through a placing at 15p(after Consolidation) would have been difficult.Now at 20p will be also difficult as the Brokers have to make living if they are asked to flog off lot of these new shares at the time when money is tight for pis and IIs.Where is the money to run The Company is coming from? Totally agree it is not Suzy's fault but without an imminent sale of any compound,the placing will follow.The results from VAL-201 are such that the whole thing again has to be re-done starting from 2a/b Phases but money has to be found somehow to finance it.This what nfuriate me.Stach

Good morning.Thank you for bringing this Paper to our attention here.I think the more knowledgeable people on this bb should read full article.To me it beautifully delineates how CHK-1 iNHIBITOR(our drug) in combination with Cis-Platinum increases cancer cell death in previously resistant cells to all Platinum derivatives.Of course they report currently novel(and still being assessed) Rabusertib ,which is also a DNA damaging drug but when used in combination with SAR-020106 the previously all drug resistant breast cancer cell lines are dead.What is interesting that normal cell lines are unaffected .This is so important as it suggests that both these drugs could be safe to eventually use in Trial patients.These are laboratory experiments at the moment but they are important steps also for our CHK-1 Inhibitor to progress it into clinical use.

FLT-3 will be first in line to be sold as it has been tried in Clinical setting most intensively with patients numbers going into thousands and for several years.It is now long overdue to sell this Drug.We may hear something about it when Covid -19 vaccination in the UK is near completion.At the moment big Pharmas are totally preoccupied with that and reviewing their end of year budgets.A bit of patience required from all of us but I think the rewards will be wworthy of our waiting.Stach

Good morning.Yes it is a great RNS today,well presented as it used to be in old days.Good scientific summary reasonably simple for most posters to understand and very relevant under the current circumstances with Covid-19 but also highlighting potential of JAK-2 INHIBITOR of ours in treating other horrible diseases not necessarily linked to Covid-19.Very well worded RNS.Regards.Stach
