i agree with your deliberations in great measure.Saffron-1 data is not definitive enough and we need Saffron -2 to be sure that there is commercial quantity of oil from that common Platform. As far as I remember,we have our own Drilling equipment for that depth needed to reach that oil. However do we have the money to proceed? If this is another fib,I am giving up on this Company. The way we borrowed in order to drill P-1,Koot could have easily raised much smaller finance to pay for drilling all 4 Saffron wells from the same Pad.This is what worries me that he did not do it and rather jumped with both feet into BPC where even greater uncertainty was awaiting him and us as shareholders. What a scrounger. No wonder BPC gave him only non-exec position.Stach
Hello there.
Totally agree with you.At first I thought that LK was a good thing for CERP after horrid Ritson but after about six months or so I started to have my doubts about Koot as he started clearly exaggerate "potentials" of reopening of old wells and water flooding /CO2 ventures. At the same time started borrowing money and issuing new shares all the time.Oil prices collapsed and that required to issue more and more shares.I regret that I have not sold shares at 5p/share and leave CERP altogether. He did not tell the truth about the difficulties that we have been having from the start till the end.He did it again with BPC and "ABANDONED THE SHIP" just in time. One of the punters on CERP said in its early days,"never trust Dutch businessman as he will be smiling when you are looking into his eyes whilst he is thinking of how to have sex with your wife".At that time I thought it was funny, but he hurt us more now.Stach
Stop dreaming about Bahamas' oil now, start drilling Saffron-2 well, get some money from gushing oil that we know will be there and rebuild your and shareholders finances. Then take on other ventures in previous CERP portfolio's.When you have $100m in the Bank, you can start resurrecting your dreams.Stop borrowing and diluting shareholders as you have done thus far.If you can not do that ,just resign.Stach

Hello my Friend.I know exactly how you feel as I was in several circumstances as you describe and I dislike consolidations but sometimes it is necessary to do it in order to save the company or to progress the project to its fruition. For that you need big backers with deep pockets and they do not like billions of shares in issue. We will need the money when SAR applies to MHRA for P1 Clinical Trial. We may get a Partner for this but if not,how we raise the money? If you issue 1 billion shares at 2p/share,you only raise £500 k.We would need at least 1.5-2 million pounds to complete The Trial and cover the insurance and NHS Tust(s) fees.We are now below 2p/share atm hence my point was that consolidation should have been when we were over 2.5p.Remember that Brokers need to sell these shares and also make profit. Can you imagine what the share price would be if TM&Co issued another 3 billion shares? You would no be happy nor would I.Would any of the IIs dip into it?Remember we are on AIM and not in a FTSE100 .Someone here on this BB raised a valid point that when the share price shoots up with billions of shares on board, you may be unable to sell your holding, this is very often forgotten. We are just pones on chess board. As you know I did not follow SAR when all the dilutions have occured.Well, imo if we do not get a Partner we have to raise money somehow.ATB - Stach

Good afternoon.I just came back to the computer and so your post. The degree of consolidation should be decided by the BoDs as it would know by then what sort of capital needs to be raised in order to cover the costs of Clinical Trial.Even at 100:1 consolidation would still leave us with 324 million shares. As I said it is not for us to make that decision without knowing all the facts. However the volatility of the share price would certainly decrease and that what the IIs like to see.I think if we could get some of them on board the whole scenario for SAR and us would change very much for the better.ATB - Stach
Why on earth BoDs' did not consolidate when the share price was over 2.5p/share? It would have provided far more stable market for the genuine investors, including IIs.This staggering number of 3.5 billion is enough to put off any buyer. If TM still reads this BB,he needs to do something about it.Just a quick look at SAR ,immediately raises eyebrows, because of that number of shares on the Register. Also it would have been easier to raise some capital should we go ahead with Phase 1 ourselves.Consolidations ,I dislike but in extreme circumstances they are a necessity.Stach

Hello. An excellent point about the importance of the Insurance. This also applies to most other disasters in peoples' lives too. That woman is not Australian, more like German/Austrian.I think we should abandon discussing this petition theme on this BB.Enough said already.Stach
Hi lutonnews
Your described history with this share must be familiar to many true long term holders. Many have benefited through their patience and believing in science propagated by TM and his Team of chosen Researchers. We did wait for the results of their research but that is normal, all research is time depended. Now we are waiting 4-6 months to have the results of TYK-2 Inhibitors, for which we have received Gov. grant .TM clearly stated that this work will take 4-6 months to complete and I believe him.We may get an update half way through on how it is progressing. Therefore the patience is again needed from the genuine shareholders.I am certainly in that group.Be safe.ATB - Stach

Hi,do not waste your time on Germans' description of OUR Company - BPC. They are saying: "We get this data from a data service provider so it is without guarantee."It says it all.Translates to - not to be trusted.Total waste of space here on this BB.Stach

Hi there and thank you for your kind words. At the moment there is so much of early studies published (but not confirmed by other reputable Groups of scientists) in medical journals because largely of Covid-19.Unfortunately the proof of the pudding is in the eating and this is what is lacking. The Clinical Trials take time and are very expensive and now with Pandemic in full flight it would be almost impossible to see and review Patients .Therefore much of such work is postponed worldwide. However much is being done in the laboratories and animal based experiments and this is where we are with SAR.If positive findings be found within next few months with our TYK2/JAK1 experiments,it will be game changing for SAR and us as shareholders. The Compounds would go straight into Phase1/2 with the major Pharma,I am convinced of that.By that time Covid may be under some control. We just have to be patient and make our own decisions whether to increase our own investment or not.As the share price is so low(because of number of shares in issue),I am certainly increasing my holding ,when i can.I am not saying DYOR on this BB as we are swamped with it here already.ATB.Stach
I hope you are all well and your families.Having completed some very unpleasant and painful investigations and thank God all were negative,I am pleased to return here.I just treated myself to 200k of shares at this very low price as I know the experiments in the Lab and animal studies are ongoing on TYK-2/JAK-1 inhibition and will be ready within 3-4 months.I also think that TM will let us know half way through how they are getting on.Also my personal View is that the current share price is a bargain of rare quality.I must say that I was very disappointed about FLT-3 although I did warn people here not to trust China in medical research and contracts.Do not forget though that FLT-3 will be resurrected at some point as I have seen with my own patients that it worked in our cases of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia in UK.GLA.Stach

Hi,you are correct,we would be slightly worse off by accepting SD whilst keeping current shares that would be consolidated.By doing so there will be reduced number of Tesco shares in issue. Can though anybody be sure that the newly consolidated shares' price will rise by the SD price?i think its a gimmick played by the Company BoDs.Stach
In my first post here after years of absence of my posting I did say that something like that could happen .They have FLT-3 and will be using it for their patients under a different name but just for internal consumption. They have got it for £50k.A lesson to be learned not to deal with that lot ever again.I have stopped buying anything made in China since Covid-19 arrived in UK.Look what is happening in Hong Kong.I lived under the communist system for 27 years and I know what it is capable of in cheating.

I did not want to go on for to long with my first post but it is worthy to mention that Oxford vaccine would have to be able to change the tack ever so quickly, to which protein they wish to raise antibodies if their vaccine is to be effective. So if there is a new way that the covid is attaching to human mucosa(eyes, nose,Throat or instrumentation within the hospital or doctors' surgery),the old antibodies may be not binding to the spikes of that new virus. This is why I still believe that the RNA way of raising antibodies is the right way.Such vaccine should provide a cover for up to a year with six months in sick individual patients.Oxford vaccine may require to be re-manufactured every 3-6 months or they also should go for anti RNA vaccine.Stach

Pfizer with second dose in three weeks. It should be obvious from my previous comment. The viruses can change their mode of attachment very quickly just like the young monkey can learn how to crack the nut.Stach
