I bought 1.8mil shares at various prices recently only because MET-1 have been acquirering very valuable mining assetts in very civilised Countries with strict regulatory laws. Recent RNS is badly written and spooked the punters as well as Market Makers. The 93.000.000 shares with 2p Warrants attached to them was awarded in January of 2025 they have all been now cashed and only 850.000 left from later issuance. The share started rising nicely up to 8p+ and the mmwere making a killing every day and so did the investors and the individual traders.

It is always Market Makers that make a mess .Talk to your MP to abolish this archaic system and let AI do the job,based on demand for the shars or the opposite. Usually wherever there is Uranium there is also Gold. Now MET-1 will start the drilling for this most expensive minerals whilst they have enoughcash.I think it is waiting for those Results. Further to my posts here this afternoon, I have not seen my purches this morning of 650000 shares as well as two days ago , of 500000. There are much bigger purchases than mine and many highish over 250000 being labled "Unknown"whilst its clear is recorded "Price",which can only be a "Buy".All this to cover much bigger number of buyers to sellers.This is like kids game by mms.Come on AI ! The drop is fabricated by Market Makers so themself and their pals get cheap entery and a mssive gain in short time.

Every day there were big numbers of buys rather than sells and large volumes bought after 4:30 pm. They needed something like today's RNS to do so.The RNS is nothing more than trying to secure safer future for the Company . We shall see our rewards well into 55-75 p for those who wait.This could be with the First Sale of a Company we already have ,to highest bidder. Stach

MET-1 does not own any lands but bought RIGHTS to explore them and the explored Minerals will be theirs to sell or the big boys may wish to buy those RIGHTS from MET-1, hope for a much higher price that MET-1 paid. The land is still belonging to the Country. You can not build your Villa on it as the permits are very strict as to the purpose of your Application. Hope this helps.Stach

Hi.With the regard to Warrants,they are a very valuable way to raise cash for start up Companies hence their presence being more freeqent on AIM. Using them benefits both the Company issuing them and the buyers of them. It also gives time for the progress of technical issues especially for exploration Companies. With the latest 98m of Warrants issued and converted into shares we shall have just over 750 millions of hares.This is less than is expected for the Rrare Mineral Company with the assets bought in USA and Scandinavia. That was the reason why initially,the share price shot up to over 55p/share.

Since the New Assets been bought ,it brought more security to MET-1 in case of failure in some of them .Also there is also "something to sell"if the money urgently needed. Finally ,the Management of MET-1 seems to be spot on with what they are doing wth largely already proven Assets. ATB.Stach

VEry successful Placing and a pathetic share price by market makers. The share price should have been by now around 25p,that is less than halve where it was, without certainty of such a solid result. Clearly,some pals still accumulating this share whlst still holding Warrants. Stach

Buying and investing in already recognised minerals in two different civilized Countries( Norway and USA) with different type (but not totally different)was a wise move as it provides the safety in case some prove non comercial. Another good move was with using Warrants to raise cash for purchasing the stake in a Company that has already done initial work that confirmed that such Minerals are present. I am waiting for the next RNS where we should learn about the actual drilling. If good news announced this share price will exceed the previous highest one without a problem. AIMO.

The warrants have to be cashed within 6 months (APRIL-OCTOBER 2025) at any price but it will be stupid to excersise them now at these ridiculously low levels,whilst paying 16p / share at the time of the deal.This is why stupid punters trying to panic real investors here with false news of warrants being sold now for peanuts.Just 3000000 shares now at a price of 4.5p/shar would bring £135000 pounds.What a nonsense.This is how the fear is being spread around. Just stick to your initial thought sof why you bought these shares in a first place.Stach

You seems to be one of very few ,who reason with real figures by reminding punters here what it is that MET-1 has announced. The trouble is that here are people ,who might be paid derampers,often with very few posts as they usually delete their past history when start a "new job". I thank you for you valuable input here. I occasionaly bought Warrants through my broker and did well after a a bit of wait. The reason that Companies making deals that include warrants is that they Both benefit from it,providing that is done in Law abiding Countries.Avoid upstarts in Africa and South America.Warrants give a longer time for the Company like MET-1 speed up drilling and mining,having an extra cash to do so. The Seller Company,who gets the Warrants always sells on good news when the Buyers' have an excellent RNS and a significant rise in share prices. This is why we should wait for next RNS here.

By the way , get some tough gloves to protect your knackles,just in case the bloke turns up ! ATB. Stach

Hello.First sensible comment here.People are very often misunderstand warrants on these BBs but the REAL finance peoplle involved in interCompany dealings appreciate Warrants as a part of the deal .They are not going to be cashing them untill there is a substantial rise in the share price,very often exceeding the corresponding share prices during the negotiation. The 16p/share redeeming price will be the minimum that they will get.By that time the share price may be well over that. If you have invested here or trading just be patient. The resources bought are in wealthy,civilized Countries with strict Regulatory Laws too. The minerals involved are that every Country needs. Just stop fighting each other on this BB and concentrate on what is in the offing. Stach

It is an absolute bargain as another 50p on the cards next week.Patient investores will be pleased with the Results.Dividend will be 4.5p/share as a minimum. Looking forward to that. Stach.

The way CARD share price has & is being manipulated has nothing to do with what government is in power,it is the short selling and the market makers that often ruing aspiring Companies and the genuine shareholders supporting them.FCA are looking into it and I think that this Government might take some action .Lets see what happens .They keep saying that small businesses are their priority. We have heard that too from the conservatives. Its so simple,,abolish market makers and shorting of small cap Companies.Stach
