Market Makers holding the share price here down as much as they can.There is a sea of blue"buys" and again after normal trading hours,almost all were big buys with top prices for the day paid,the trades were called "Unknown".The Parody continuing while small investors are fleeced of bigger gains,virtually in three days time! You are right to mention Institutional Investors. For them to come on the scene CARD should have at least 1.5 billion shares in Issue.This is my point that I often mention that the share price is far to low as against the EBITDA and now (as we know) Profits of over £50mln. With that the share price should be well over £2/share(and that is a very conservative view).We shall see what The Management will do with those profits after 3rd of May. ATB - Stach

The Parody by Market Makers is getting more hillarious by the day! CARD's great results announced in advance yesterday,huge "buys" after trading hours and now they lower the share price so they can buy (for whomever) cheaply and make big profits within four trading days.Also frighten small fish to sell so there is enough shares for further big buys by "the boys". Wild West @ its' best. Don't be fulled,keep you shares.Stach

Forgotten to add ,there are only 5 trading days left till the Confirmed Results are published. Limited opportunity to buy at current prices.Stach

With profits of 52mln and relatively small number of shares just under 350mln,the current share price hugely undervalued.
Just look at the share price history when the Company was only developing £4,£3. £2.50 £2-£1.50 when the Covid arrived on the scene.Then 100 more shops opened and lately another 10 as people have returned to buy in person plus on line still developing,this is why the profits are rising and share price will follow .We are in the middle of it all.Do not listen to the doomsters,who have already missed the boat. Look forward to£1.50 and then to £2.00/share this year with steady rises.Stach

Do not be disappointed,the news is beter than expected and not long to wait. Plenty of time to exceed my predictions and many punters will be buying when such great opportunity had arizen.Even blind can see now that there is great news to be explained.What interests me is what CARD are going to do with those profits. You say "SP ...it's been doggedly pushed back." By,whom? Certainly not by bad news from CARD but by mms,who wish to milk from number of trades mostly from small traders ,who bare the brunt of loosing money.Now and again there is a big "buy" when the price is artificially lowered and miraculously the SP goes up for a few days when small punters start buying,which allows MMs to sell big buyers shares at a great profit.Then repeat the "process" ovr and over again.Remember that MMs can buy shares like any other would be "investor".
This happens all the time on AIM and Small Cap.The real interest in particular Company's progress is minimal or non existent.Its al about as many trades as possible and this what hampers the SP rise.I hope you realize that CARD pays their Broker(Liberum..) an annual fee and that obliges them to publish True Data about the Company in addition to other duties.Both,the Company and the BROKER are more tightly regulated than MMs and this is why we have a "Wild West" when it comes to setting the price for these shares.GL to you in recovering your losses and more. Do not be afraid,there will be enough profits to repay £40 million of it in one go if pushed.CARD is also fully hedged for any changes in currency matter for the full year.I really think that a lot of punters here don't read Companies' RNSs in full.

Hi. It is only 3 trading days from now on,tomorrow,Friday and Monday then RNS and wideo linked sessions on Tuesday.
Market Makers making a pigs ear out of their share prices over the last two weeks and still doing it today.I have a feeling that there is a big buyer in the background and being good pals are obliging.There was one last week ,who spent over £300+k buying CARD. By now we shold be well over £1.20p/share. Fear not of what will be in the RNS.I believe in what the Company told us so far and 2024 will be even better.Regards Stach

In lincolnshire there were very decent design Easter cards, I have bought 8 ,my neighbours sent me some (all CARD Factory's) ,which pleasently supprised me as in the past our Company here were quite poor from that point of view.
The Management must have received more such letters as you have posted to them.Stach

JS88 i am only repeating their Brokers opinion as from as far as November 2022 and subsequent Company's RNS ,which was full of confidence too. Since then numerous people were reporting here very excellent trading by their local CARD shops throughout 2023 including Easter period.There are over 1010+ shops plus franchises.These are real facts and for those who are to lazy to look at the history of CARD'S shares ,these were £4 in the beginning and at £2 for some time later,then Covid arrived on the scene when we truly became a ".penny share". Wth,, new shops opening of 1000+,on line sales too and range pf products expansion,new Drectors on Board - thew Company is full of confidence.Therefore share price will follow towards what it used to be.-Stach

Going in right direction as we want it to be @ £1.35p by end of Friday at least. After RNS after next Tuesday ,anywhere between £1.50 - 1.75/share.GLA Stach.
