Good morning.Would you let us know if you get the the reply from Simon Potter to your questions? I have stopped trusting LK completely because the way he ditched us (cerp) as though we never existed and the way he jumped into the merger with BPC.It makes me think if Saffron-1 was all that successful.If it was,why on earth not start drilling Saffron-2 as a commercial well - from the start and get the revenue from the oil fairly quickly?I am sure then current shareholders in CERP would have accepted another placing there.That Platform was supposed to be the big money spinner according to his presentations.The only way for SP to resolve it is either to tell the truth to All BPC shareholders about the certainty that there is a commercial oil quantity and he is dealing now with Saffron -2 matters or he is investigating drilling elsewhere.We want to know all that and I am sure The Market does too.ATB- Stach

Good Morning.Do not worry about about the lack of news I stick to my thinking that it will arrive around mid March,telling us how preclinical experiments are progressing regarding TYK-2 Inhibitor.This is really critical for the Company as it is utilizing Government's Grant of money for that purpose.It is not only us are waiting for it but people,who granted that money are also monitoring how it is spend.I know about how University Grants from all sources are being followed by the Donors.This especially applies to governmental grants.Not long to wait,just three weeks or so.Stach.

Yes, I know your quantum men was a joke but I have taken the opportunity to explain the processes involved in Compounds testing for eventual treatments of humans or animals.I am sure that it helped many to appreciate the time lapse from starting live experiments till their conclusions.You can not rush it.I totally agree that the submission and approval processes can and are sped up in cases like ours in view of Covid-19 situation.ATB-Stach

I just bought into this share today.I have noticed a fairly low number of shares in issue(180m) for this Company with an established,good reputation in Diagnostics.Because of that ,there indeed may be a phenomenal shift upwards in share price with the right news about the Contract as some of you suspect.GLA.Stach

Unfortunately for your Quantum theory,I was not talking about the scientists but the animals and patho-physiological processes in them after giving them,first bacteria and/or viruses,waiting for the infection and then clinical consequences.After that Inhibitor will be given, again,observation,fever measurements,movements,hydration,bodily functions,repeated blood sample and other body fluids tests,lung&heart functions,scans etc.etc...All that has to be repeated with different doses and dosing frequencies and finally waiting for recovery or death.All this has to be recorded and repeated many,many times with each animal.Then the Data will be analyzed,statistics obtained and IF favourable ,then it could be submitted as CTA.This description,by no means complete,will give you and many others some idea what is involved in finding the drug that decides whether you live or die.You can not speed up the process of such investigation.Stach

I have to concur with your post about today's RNS and the attitude of Simon Potter to the shareholders,who are not even mentioned directly in this RNS.He is issuing shares like spreading the confetti at a wedding.His lack of feeling towards the shareholders is staggering.He is a blatant jam tomorrow for you the shareholders but I have to have daily stakes and a glass or two of Burgundy.Very difficult to trust him now and I have only been with BPC as an ex CERP holder.Stach

You can not put in the CTA without finished pre-clinical results.As the current testing of TYK2/JAK1 Inhibitor is i an animal phase,you can not rush biological responses as they are always time dependent,hence you have to wait for the results after given treatments whilst in the same time taking samples for analysis.TM stated in the previous RNS that it will take six months to complete the studies and same message is repeated today.There could be an update half way through if the experiments are progressing very well.Stach

I have no patience to go through all the presentations and Q&A where these were Koot's words re Saffron-2 projected costs.He has become like a weasel of late.Maybe at the time a collapse in oil prices made changing his mind.He stated what I said soon after completion of Saffron-1.Stach

You seem to forget that there is 500 barrels of excellent quality oil being extracted every day and now at $50 dollars/b to sell.Sack half of BPC BoDs' and half of ex CERP.get a new Chairman and forget Bahamas.My suspicion is that all or most drilled P-1 core samples contained clay-like oil that the naked eye was enough to make the decision to stop drilling.So there is oil but of no commercial significance.To drill Saffron-2 with our own drill could just cost $400k.This is from the same Pad as S-1,the same infrastructure already in place and the sale strait from the Pad.It was so stupid not to get the money first from Trinidad and then enter exploration elsewhere.There must be some money left with BPC as a surety for becoming a party in Bahamas Court.That alone would easily cover the drilling of Saffron-2 well.SP has got to get on his bike and communicate with his shareholders pronto.There are options but for our sake stop dreaming about drilling P-2.Stach

Hello there.We are back in the same boat as we were before becoming CERP!Ritson disappeared like an atom,now Koot on the space rocket but what is constant,a good old T&T oil and gas a plenty.All it needs an HONEST leader at the helm of our Company with general good knowledge of oil/gas extraction and real good business acumen.I just regret that in spite of the temptation to get involved /invest with TXP at the time of our merger with BPC,I chose the latter.It just shows what a good head at the helm of the Company can do.I am in total agreement with your deliberations here on this BB.I have no longer patience to post more on any of these BBs but always pleased to read yours.ATB - Stach

I really do not see any major oil Company wanting even a glance at the Results of P-1.It is a failed drill,full stop.The quality of oil and the pay sections of the cores are not exciting even to BODs.They supposed to have many years of experience in oil industry and that includes Leo Koot,who just disappeared as soon as he saw what in the drill.I think we need total changes at the helm of BPC if we are ever to get out of this nightmare.Stach

We have a CONFIRMED oil in SWP of T&T.Start drilling S-2 as a Commercial well,get some decent money for the oil at current prices and take it from there.BPC must have some unused dollars,which should be sufficient to drill at least 2 more wells from the S-1 Pad.I say this as SP was eager to enter Court battle with Greens/Reds of The Bahamas.It is all clear now to All shareholders here.If he can not utilize ex CERP now ,in such a difficult time for all of us,he must be an absolute idiot and should resign.Stach

Hi there.I am sure there are many more thinking like us .Just drill Saffron-2 it will only take maximum 8 weeks and confirming Saffron-1 findings or exceeding them would shift the share price considerably up.By selling oil from this well would pay for drilling two more wells from the same pad and same infrastructure.It would not be costly at all compared to what was spent on P-1.The last thing we do not want is ANY further dilution. People forget that share price of CERP was around 1.8p/share before they were transferred under BPC'S umbrella.CERP shareholders ,including myself felt that we were undervalued in view of Saffron-1 findings and joining BPC was not to our advantage having seen billions of BPC shares already in issue and more to come.IMO the current share price is far to low and does not reflect CERP assets at all.Some of these like Uruguay and and others outside T&T can be sold and money used to drill Saffron-2.A 1.5p/share now would be a fair valuation.Look at TXP how well they have done just in Trinidad.Stach

i agree with your deliberations in great measure.Saffron-1 data is not definitive enough and we need Saffron -2 to be sure that there is commercial quantity of oil from that common Platform.As far as I remember,we have our own Drilling equipment for that depth needed to reach that oil.However do we have the money to proceed?If this is another fib,I am giving up on this Company.The way we borrowed in order to drill P-1,Koot could have easily raised much smaller finance to pay for drilling all 4 Saffron wells from the same Pad.This is what worries me that he did not do it and rather jumped with both feet into BPC where even greater uncertainty was awaiting him and us as shareholders.What a scrounger.No wonder BPC gave him only non-exec position.Stach
