Dont' put your words into my mouth by quoting just parts of my post.Stages3(three) and 4(four),not just 4 as you quote and may I add now, anti-hormone resistant cases were recruited.As to Phase 1/2a you are also wrong because The Trial Office agreed to pushing it to 2b stage in order that efficacy parameters could be performed.Stage1 and 2a as to the safety and tolerability I have never criticised.It is 2b side that has been totally inadequate.The reason I have supported this Drug development since early 2000s was as I have relatives with this dreadful disease and there was no treatments once they have become resistant to hormone and available forms of radiotherapy at that time.The latter has improved dramatically over the last 15 years and new antibody therapies as well as CHK inhibitors are being tried now.I am angry that a very promising drug VAL-201 has been mismanaged Clinically and dragged over several years unnecessarily yet recruited tiny, totally inadequate number of patients in order to make any conclusions.Finally,did you know that number of patients with terminal prostate cancer may have only a trace of PSA? You know how supportive I have been to this Company since 2004 and you also know that I am not a day trader.However I am ashamed as a Cancer specialist that after four years of recruitment we are presenting such poor results,which none of main specialist journals would ever publish.The Road Shows are OK trying to raise money through increasing awareness to the product but this supposed to be a finished stage 2 Clinical Trial and the people that matter in drug industry may not even be there to discuss such an inadequate Trial.Think about it,there are just 12 patients in total to collect data on and obtain statistics.It is coming to a year now for this to happen.I give you real example, An ACute Myeloid Leukaemia UK Clinical Stage -3 Trials(and there have been 19 of them before I retired)usually contained 1600 patients from all over UK and we have had the statistics on each of them within six month.VAL201 was a SINGLE CENTRE TRIAL(at UCH)therefore how on earth it has taken so long for the data to be available to close the Trial?This is against me protesting from the beginning to Morris&Co strongly suggesting a multicentre approach.Prostate cancer is very common disease and there is no shortage of patients in late stages 3&4.This is as a professional I called our results as "pathetic".VAL has other Compounds in their pipeline and those should be taken a better care how they are Tried.IMO they should be sold at this stage of development otherwise demand for money and an enormous dilution of shares as before.That is why I said do not get burnt again.I hope you will recover your losses.GL-Stach

The results are pathetic,12 patients in total 2 out of 3 patients held steady with their metastases ! Most of those 12 patients had stage 4 disease and that includes metastases.PSA have not become normal or disappeared and only 50% reduction in some.Think about statistics,if you only had two patients and one responded as above you would be claiming 50%success rate.Who on earth would be paying millions of pounds to take on your drug? If there were at least 30 patients and 20 of them showed responses that would be something in patients with such an advanced disease.VAL be extremely lucky if some one takes VAL-201 to a re-Trial.I have wasted years of commitment to this drug at some cost as well and had been let down.Do not get burnt on false hype.Stach

I am ex CERP holder and now BPC.I can honestly say that I and most CERP holders would have expected current share price level after yesterday's RNS if we not had the merger.It is pathetic how BPC investors run for the hills on another pathetic scare about possible abortion of forthcoming drill.This CPR gave us great reassurance regarding worst case scenario of no oil at P1.This is the bottom line regarding share price here.Stach

Hi.I'm glad that you think alike on this issue.I should like to add that any Clinical Trial of new drugs performed in China would not be trusted either.It would require re-doing it in EUrope/USA/jAPAN,with all the costs that it would entail.Patients are not like machines or minerals that anyone can see them and value.People want almost instant results /money but safety and efficacy are paramount,before a single £/$ can be gained from the sale of the initial Compounds.The risks are huge,those Thalidomide victims still alive are a great testimony to what I am saying.Thalidomide was and is a great drug but was given to wrong patients of childbearing age.Some of you may not be aware that is again used in treatment of horrible malignancy such as Myeloma and prolongs lives of patients that no longer respond to standard treatments.It took decades to discover that.Stach

There will not be any injunction even considered by any judge at this stage as it would undermine its own Government to such an extent that any future International Contracts would be not worthy the paper they were written on.I say this as the agreement with BPC is only an exploratory one.I think it is for up to 8 wells if oil is found at P-1.Bahama Court could consider an Injunction hearing with regard to future oil Production from that area .However these are totally different situations ,as it will be again to the then prevailing Government to decide on the issue and how to handle its people.I do not believe that there will be any Court hearing against BPC and its current Contract whatsoever.Stach

I simply do not trust with any deals concerning drugs ,with the Chinese Pharmaceutical Firms.They probably copied FLT-3 ,made it more soluble and are using it for their patients having seen decent results from UK AML18 Clinical Trial and telling us that it was not possible to improve it.No money will ever come from that lot.If we want going East ,Japan is the way.However there are such many and wealthy Western Pharmaceutical Companies in Europe and the USA, with whom Phase 3 Clinical Trials for our already Phase 2 drugs can be reliably conducted.The payments will also be far more substantial and paid to us on time.Try to name one single substantial Drug that came from China that has undergone Trials there and is used here.I think that TM went there for a quick profit that only resulted in further share dilutions to the shareholders.These are only my observations as I just started looking into SAR again.I would never go near China with our TYK-2.Regards - Stach

Yes Julie1,it all boils down to what you are saying,the patients will be the beneficiaries of SAR's research,which is most important.However it is us the investors,who also need to benefit from it for our time and money that we have risked.My view is that very soon TM & Co will sell the whole business.The pipeline of finished drugs and Compounds that already are proved in the Lab,protected by Patents Worldwide will eventually tempt big Farma to buy the lot.Unfortunately the Covid-19 put the spanner in all that as they concentrate worldwide on the research into it.In a few months of 2021 it all may return to "normality".Therefore best to be invested now as shares are so cheap in order to prosper greatly very soon.As you say Julie many of us have been waiting so long for a substantial gain so a few months from now will be worthy of our waiting.GL-Stach

Good morning and thank you for your welcome here.You are quite right about timing,this is the most important factor in successful investment.To give you a very old(now) but a brilliant example in history of this share when SAR went up from the fraction of a penny to 5p then 11p in a blink of an eye,just because all mice with leukaemia have responded to the Compound.I was very much younger then! But thanks to my then Broker's recommendation I have made £ 17500.00 profit within three weeks.From then on I have been with SAR for over a decade.I switched to VAL but that was not as successful because of poor management by directors,who eventually were forced to resign.I know TM is in a different league to that lot.GL with your investment here.Stach

Hello julie1,Grovelad,PHILBORO,DP64 and thank you All for your kind words.Yes,I loved this BB as it was so vibrant and without to much animosity.I am sure over the years SAR has many of you made some money as the RESEARCH was always first class.Many of my patients have benefited from drugs that TM and his Team have developed.A bit sad that the share price has lagged being in pennies rather than pounds.I think that the time is coming for this to materialise about now.For those that think I was "banned",I say that I have never been even close to that!Lets hope that all of you do well with your investment here.I am not a trader so I can not give advice on that but I feel that the current share price is enormously undervalued.ATB - Stach

I think this is a storm in a teacup.The current(and the previous ) Government were chosen by Bahamas' People and have a right to run the Country to the benefit of All their citizens.There is substantial poverty there and people have to eat and feed their dependants first as well as have a roof over their heads.What about education and health care? Is The Green Peace brigade going to provide all these essentials? Or in that matter the wealthy hotel and marina owners catering for rich american tourists?With covid on the scene there will be none of that for some time.Finally,who on earth would negotiate any industrial contracts in the future if Governments in power will be cancelling previously agreed Contracts? Hi lutonnews.I remember you too.Hope you are well.I have switched for number of years to oil exploration(where I have had to learn a lot!) and have been wit VAL on & off.The latter did not do very well as bod did not wish to listen to experienced clinicians when it came to try VAL201 and 204,ending up with very few patients in each Clinical Trial because they chose just single centre instead a multicentre approach.Because of that no buyers came forward for these Compounds since valid minimal statistics could not be obtained.Huge dilutions and repeated consolidation of shares brought shareholders to their knees.Eventually two most senior people from BODs were forced to resign.Last consolidation was preposterous of 125:1 !That was it,I sold.Are you heavily invested here?Sorry to ask.Do not need to respond to that in numbers.ATB-Stach
