Koot is a crafty individual.By taking his shares in its totality and putting them into pension plan,he did achieve two things in one go.Firstly as you say the pension will grow up tax free(? in Holand) if oil is found in commercial quantity at P-1,secondly he will get more shares at a higher price,instead of salary again.I do not mind his move as I think that he virtually taken out of circulating shares,28mll+,which will not be traded for some time.It is good news for us.Stach

"The beauty of AIM",as you describe,can become an absolute nightmare when after a substantial rise in share price and billions of shares to sell,it is the sale part that becomes very difficult.The poor chaps/ladies,who will buy on steeply rising share prices could come a cropper even in spite of "stop losses" arrangements in place.Therefore a decent ,subsequent rises of share prices,based on substantiate ,verifiable RNSs is far better for LTH.In such a scenario there is always time to sell or buy more on good grounds.I think that so many of us have been here for over a decade and still investing here because of the quality of Research within SAR.On our long ,long way we have also made some money in the process.GL - Stach

Do not be duped by people making the comparisons of share prices without mentioning the number of shares in issue.Your SNG has just 200 million shares whilst we here at SAR ,have 3.5 billion shares.I extremely rarely am trying to forecast what the share price will be when there are billions of shares with any Company.I personally be quite happy to double my money here on a good news.I am not saying we will do so but that would be my wish.Stach

Good morning.Unfortunately when you are trying to raise antibodies to your injected agent,be it bacteria or a virus,you have to wait for those antibodies to be produced by the animal or a human.These antibodies are IgM,which rise first and it may take up to six weeks before they peak and then you will start seeing the IgG antibodies withe a peak levels at around 3 months.By that time the IgM antibodies' levels are falling off or become negative ie back to normal levels(as before the injection-we all have them).The IgG antibodies against the injected agent can last for many months or even a life time.But in the Lab you need therefore at least 4 - 6 months to see that your compound is working.This is why TM gave a timeline of six months in order to be sure that there will be an immune response to our TYK-2 Inhibitor.You have kept this BB going with very good and an up to date info when I was fighting my cancer for exactly 2 years now.My hope was in VAL-1,hence my anger there about how badly mishandled that Clinical Trial was.ATB,particularly in 2021.Stach

Thank you for your reply.I have had few health problems within last three weeks but I am OK now.I have posted a few times about my other share that I have but very briefly.SAR has been my favourite share since early 2000 and I have done well with this Company.I have talked to Dr Mitchell on several occasions during early development stages of CHK-1 inhibitor.He always was very interested in leukaemia therapy and so was I.He was always very polite and informative and therefore people who criticize him here on this bb would do better to raise the issue direct with the Company.It is really amazing how a very small Research Cell has managed such important discoveries over those years.If he says it will be six months to see how TYK-2 scheme progresses,you can be sure that we shall be informed about its progress in between.This is why I am still investing here after almost two decades.ATB in 2021.Stach

Good afternoon.The reason that you see so many names and the Institutions is that most of them were(and possibly are) involved in Clinical Trials involving Covid -19 and related clinical problems that is causing.In general Nature papers usually contain many names as co authers.As to TYK2i(inhibitors),it is a mine field at present and I am not going to be digesting all of that being 12 years in my retirement from my active role in NHS and University.Last Clinical Trial that I was involved was UK AML 18 going into 19th,where my patients were randomised into FLT-3 arm.We did have solubility problems then as it took so much time to prepare the iv infusions.Also cytogenetics had to be done at intervals,which contributed to the workload of already stretched junior doctors.The reason I talk about it here is that in my opinion FLT-3i is the most trialed drug so far,certainly in Europe in cases of acute leukaemia and if the solubility has been sorted out in China it could be on the market very quickly.As to TYK-2is ,they have yet to prove their safety and tolerance in the Clinical setting.Therefore I feel that TM is right to have said that it will take about 6 months for our TYK-2i to complete pre-clinical tests.The tests in vitro are already known but in vivo studies(injecting animals) are still to be done either by us(unlikely) or by hired laboratory.Blod samples will be taken at various intervals as well as body fluids and examined by us.I t was for that that we have obtained The Research Grant.I do expect that both,FLT-3 and at least one CHK1 inhibitor will be monetized very soon in 2021.I have just added another 100k of shares today.ATB - Stach

I have similar thoughts here especially so after being affected at VAL(Valirx) by 125:1 consolidation from 1bn shares.I was and am so mad how easy is to do it on AIM, the rinse & repeat exercise.I was criticized by so many on their bb calling me all sorts because I was so critical of such practice,which is so devastatingly bad for small pis in particular.Should this happen here,my advise is,get out immediately after any consolidation as inevitably soon after will be another placing ,hence further dilution of your money.Here, if the oil find is huge,there may not be any need to consolidate since the value of such assets would be multi billion US dollars.At the moment this is my only hope.Stach

I am repeating myself here but all these sells are bought by someone!There are ancient mms at it and they are guarding their system of reporting to the death.Just think about it for one minute.This is how they sway the market on AIM ,one way or the other as punters get frightened or greedy.This make mms a far bigger gains than just the spread.The mms are an anachronism in 21st Century and subsequent governments do bugger all about it.Stach

Why you do not read RNSs? The one from 25th of September clearly states the following under Background: " BPC has an obligation to drill an initial exploration well PRIOR to the conclusion of the current exploration period of its FOUR COMMERCIALLY CONJOINT LICENCES in the southern territorial waters of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas".As you should also know by now, that period has been extended till 15th of June 2021.So if there is commercial quantity of oil at P-1,further drills will follow with flow tests.This is all already agreed.How stupid of so many posters to think that P-1 is an end game!.Stach
