Long overdue to tighten them or completely introduce New Rules. This is like a Wild West of yester years.Market Makers are allowed to trade and submit after 16:30 but I or you can not do it one minute after closing time.Then they pretend that they don't know wheather it was buy or a sale and conviniently call it unknown.This is in the 21st Century! They are surrounded by the latest Computers and damn well know what the trade was.Than they sell or buy 1 share to increase the red or blue on the screen.This sort of nonsense does not happen in USA or other Markets in Western Europe.Stach

MMs are at it again.Have you noticed how larger buys and really large ones are labelled as " Unknown" and hence are not taken into comparison against the "sales". We can see from our trading platforms that those purchasers paid top prices at the time.Childish game for the inexperienced. Stach

Hello.I just saw your last comment here and I fully support it. CARD indeed still has plenty to offer as only just recovering from Covid caused underperformance.As you probably know,just before COVID-19 arrived in UK ,they opened new shops throughout the Country and these by now are making additional contribution to the profits already made.Last RNS also statets considerable portion of debts been repayed too.I look forward to RNS on the 25th of April when we could be well over £1.50/share and then going further to £2/share by year end.Therefore CARD would double its share value again taking as as a base current prices.ATB - Stach

Hi there.I just looked at that trade 83k @ 97.7p,which mms say it is a "sale" ,I bet my bottom dollar it was a "buy".
In my previous post to you I was going to say, watch late big buys at a closing or there about but did not want to dilute my message with a to long writing.However it did happen.Just before Haifax lowered the price to 95p trying to scare punters ,who might sell.I am to old for that after 30+ years of dealing on AIM. Keep your nerve or you will be buying these shares again at much higher prices.ATB - Stach

The Market Makes deliberately are holding the share price below 100p/share for some time now. They are buying and selling too and allowing to cross a £1 barier would push the price quite rapidly again,which in turn would cost them much more to make money.We need to increase buying volume significantly to force them to abandon their tactic.Keep your shares as you will get £1.50 /your share or even more longer term.This is my view as I am waiting for April's Report.Stach

CARD has issued Trading Statement seven days earlier on the 10th instead of 17th this month as previously stated.On the 13th, RNS about directorate changes, arrested share price rise.But as you likley also know that Trading has been excellent in these difficult times and the Company is predicting with some confidence the Results for the FY23.
The Market Makers used that Directorate changes to humper the share price rise.There were huge(by my standards) "buys" afterwards and you can make your own conclusion,why.In general The Market does not like much changes of management within the companies especially when they are doing well at the time.Sometimes they are necessary ofcourse.I think that CARD did well getting very experienced replacements.This is why I have not sold my shares here in spite of already very decent profits made.Can you recommend another Company to me that has a prospect to double its share price within next three months? Hi again. Yes £1.50/share now will be undervalued since those days you mention.CARD opened many more shops and online trading is now taking place.What's more repayments of borrowing are substantial and should be cleared by 2024.
The very important point also is that there are to few shares and it makes to low the MC for Institutional investors to buy substantially. I think things will happen when CARD gets enough Data to project for the whole 2023 in April.

Hi.As you probably know ,Liberum Broker raised their fair share price after RNS from 110p to 135p /share. Even at 120p /share would produce MC OF 400 mln,which would cmcour with Retired Bankers wishes.However I think the share price of 150p should follow shortly.We shall see what is reported on the 25th of April.Stach

Yeh,Fogen 39 probably thinks that buyers of 80k,33k,50k just now must be mad.I did write in my earlier posts that big buys will be coming after initial attempt by mms to drop the share price in spite that all is good with CARD already and much more to come.The Preliminary Report FY23 planned for 25th of April be even better in view of their New appointments.Stach

I have replied to your last comment yesterday but it is not showing.I hope you realise that Divis are not a prerequisite to become FTSE Member,it is the Market Cap and this in return depends on the number of Shares and the price of these shares.In my other posts I have said that CARD has relatively low number of shares for this Company and secondally the price of our shares is to low for the expansive Business that we have.Therefore we should be trading between £1.50 - £2/share now and aspire to attain £4/share if the total number of shares is to remain the same.Then we could enter FTSE 350 and pay the Dividend.MMs deliberately keeping the share price down in order to trade them cheeply allowing small rises followed by small drops.Just look at daily number of Trades.Stach

Funny how LSE "do not know" when big buys ( see 150k and others) occur by labelling them as UNKNOWN. We the punters can see that the buyer paid top price at the time of buying and therefore it was a "BUY". Soon after MMs lowering the share price to frighten weaker holders to sell.Keep your shares here for much greater rewards to come very soon.Stach
