Well here we are again at support levels that have held in March 2018 / Sep 2018 / July 2020. Still trading under the 8 day moving which is the real problem here, but may be a level to take a small position and wait for the break on upside to MA. GLA

Just way too much uncertainty here RK. I, and sure others would be happy to add even 10% higher, should they provide clarity as to next steps that made operational sense. Can't blame those for selling out even at this price.

Quady, there was never any hint of NM stepping down, and there was never anything in any board strategy or RNS to state that (as you always says seems to be your gospel on investment in SOLG - so contradicting yourself!!!). You obviously need to reform the past to suit your investment decisions and will only change it in hindsight. I see exactly why RK and others find it frustrating trying to make sense of your logic. Just Bizarre!

I don't think the BOD were saying that they should remove NM from his post. That was everyone else said that had influence... and it happened. It would pay and your investment strategy to just stop and think what's happening here vs reading what just the RNS say. The board have NOT been 100% transparent, as the share price and recent moves have shown. It would pay you to take into account what other commentators are saying on this board.

I didn't say he does. If anything that you should take away from what I wrote was that he has way more insight than you or me on this board, especially when it comes to SOLG. He has continually said that SOLG should sell / JV its assets vs going alone. The same guy who said NM would be gone.

Grimbergen, more than that, Irwin runs a diversified portfolio and has a track record of being very successful in backing junior explorers (which SOLG is). He also know much more about the mining business and therefore the players and movers behind the scenes i.e. M&A (and much more insight than QUADY). Irwin's view that SOLG should be sold / JV makes a lot more sense than SOLG 'going it alone' mantra. I really hope that new CEO brings the wisdom to see this as well and not just a puppet for NM and aiming to turn SOLG into an explorer.

you'll actually see those trades were crossing trades. Investors / MM moving trades from one book to another. It means nothing. What is more surprising is the same old chat of this being bought out for £1 more. If anything we get news on Alpala. We get a JV for other prospects and this will trickle up to about 40 maybe 50p. At which point it will hover around there for a number of years until the next raise. This stock had soooo much potential.

We should all remember that Irwin called NM going long before anyone here even thought that was a remote possibility. The likelihood of a sale or JV or farmout increased massively and very likely the result. I would be more than happy at that. 55p ish on news

Easyjet has 5 buy ratings / 5 hold ratings and 1 sell. Deutsche Bank team just upgraded a number of the US airlines. I'm expecting analyst to start upping their numbers for UK / European airlines too. Time to buy, not sell!

The bears on here are looking to the present vs the future. The market will always look 2 quarters in advance, which is why A.smithy (and the short crew) is wrong. He is trading on his opinion vs cashflow DCF and anticipation of the the economy opening back to 'normal'. I hope he's covered his short but not sure anyone cares. First levels I wanted have been met. If it breaks 860 with vol, I see this powering to 950. I'll look to add more on a break of resistance. GLA holders.

wow again Quady, showing how naive your understanding of the financial markets are. While they aren't the only thing you should look at, brokers and good analyst do move stocks through their 'better' insight into a company and funds that allocate their funds to buying well research, value companies. SOLG right now has a lot to prove. Going to production by themselves is not one of the things the market wants to hear. SOLG should and hopefully will look to JV with a more experienced company / farmout.

rband, simply following the charts here and looking into sentiment. Trade to be done. It's holding support and moving averages. This has changed recently. Buy the dips. You'll also note sell side FV have started to become bullish too. Are you valuing this / reading the charts differently, or is this only 'your view'?

A.smithy you've been saying the same thing over the last few weeks now. The bad news re: holidays is out there. We know we can't go on hols over Easter, but that doesn't mean we won't be booking for holidays later. The share price is trading well over it's moving averages. The covid rates are coming down and vaccine rollout is getting even faster. Sentiment is turning. What news would get you to cover your short... genuine question?

There is way too much 'noise' out there re: vaccine passports, when are we able to take holidays abroad etc. All relevant but there will be many opinions on TV which = noise. Back to charts and this wants to go to 865 and then 950. No noise in the charts right now - very clear levels to watch and trade.

ha! Class Zoro. RK1 back to full allocation = time to sell! When will you learn RK1?!

Last point worth considering, is everytime we have broken through these downtrending resistance lines, EZJ has rallied 300 points. Next few days is going to v exciting!
