PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
yup want to hope it doesn't cross, otherwise its a long gap down. It also broke down through the wedge. This might take some time. Not what I was looking for
agree Colonel. Chart right now looks good. Forming a bull flag. I'm waiting for a break of it to buy more. Should be an aggressive move up when it does. Patience
If we see a JV with the likes of BHP, what's the consensus... a small tick up with a gradual close to DF FV?
This is consolidating very nicely at these higher levels. RSI has cooled off. Look for the small uptick and then watch everyone jump back on. The presentation this morning and recent RNS are v bullish.
Good to see this cool off. Was way too much speculation in a potential BHP takeover from traders. Stop losses triggered for some and those that wished they had sold yesterday. Looks like a good level to add
You should sell whenever you feel a stock has reached close to your fair value or on how much you intended to make when you first invested based on either pnl or percentage. Totally your call no one on this board can help you on that... your money. Whatever makes you sleep better at night, is the right move.
only another ~200 / 250m to go to reach £1bn mkt cap and we'll see some more institutional buying. Right now they will be blocked by their risk managers. Should nicely line up with the new executive board members that NM will be adding too soon.
best thing about this move (besides the £££) is the Cornerstone is not following. If you were a shareholder now, you have to be very tempted to convert to SOLG
Nice and Cornerstone is down today too :) I see a few over there were even thinking about tendering their shares and into SOLG. Huge change in sentiment.
Zoro do you mind doing what you best and go over to the CGP board and annoy them and let them know about the rise in SOLG share price.... I see they really like you over there :)
Great thing is that there are a number of drilling results coming up. That's besides the other catalysts which we know are weeks away. We should see investors sell other hyped up UK listed shares and now move into SOLG. R3 daily level is at 32.25. Watch for a break for an even larger move.
Bad form TTT you sold out I get it, thought share price might go lower. But the reading of that rns is v exciting. We may breach 30 today!
ha! Yes first time I think has ever happened. Surprised but very bullish. Glad I bought a few to trade this morning.
I also don't think there are many others who will bid for SOLG. With NCM and BHP with large stakes, no other company would only want a minority shareholding. We need to wait to see what NC do with their stake. If and only if they do decide to sell would another company bid come into play. Right now there are only 2 buyers.
Yes, it was definitely interesting how many 'offers' they had / were in talks with before they chose the streaming agreement. Reinforces that they won't have difficulty in raising the funds they need and as we saw from the streaming agreement it won't be as dilutive as just raising equity. I find it difficult then, to believe, a major would not want to buy SOLG. If this was another sector, you would have taken SOLG private and come back in a few years and float at 4x (min) mkt cap.
well we all know what comes next. Drilling results. Time to buy the dip this morning and trade when the news hits.
Agree with statements the PFS will make no difference. It didn't with MRE2/3. This will be bought on any dips for when BHP lockup expires and the potential change of board that Cornerstone are aiming for. I bet more investors today would be happy to see a change. These last 2 events will be more of a rocket to the share price than any PFS. Again shows how much everyone is looking for spikes to sell out and move money out of SOLG.
I dont know how you got that from what he said Quady. He said neither that or thst its for sale. What he did say is no major sits around with just a 15% stake. Thst was more clear than your interpretation.
agree. He's probably still thinking he can convince Cornerstone holders to come over to SOLG. At this point I would have to say disillusioned. Fair play for keeping on trying though. If he had any aces now is the time to play them. If not then time is up!
Adding onto Earthling posts, who are these large investors you are talking about? Have I missed them With? With bhp and ncm and if they do join, then more likely Blackstone would too. Thats all the new team would need and NM is out. I too wish there were drilling results to share, but surely he would have shared this info if there was anything to share. I think the timing of covid hasn't helped. PFS will come and as usual, the spike will see sellers bring this back to current levels because everyone at this point is long and just wants to make some cash. I don't blame them for trading and selling. From posts I believe redknight might have corporate finance experience to shed some light as to how this might payout as a coup. With few large banks now having initiated on SOLG something is definitely stiring. I just don't see how it can be good news for NM. For SOLG shareholders, right now I firmly believe the majority would sell at the 50 to 80p range. If new management came in, at least we know where the share price would go in a flash.
