Addicknt, that's a good point you made about NCM and BHP. Following them being clearly annoyed that SOLG underwent financing via Franco and they didn't get to participate in increasing their investment fairly, there would be no reason as to why they did not this time round. Clearly seems no one, so far, got their wanted allocation from this raise. Means there should be continued buying and support around here.

Actually Quady, I had actually thought we would get bought for cheap at about 60/70p. But depending on who this long term investor is (another blocking shareholder for a low bid), then I actually now think, a bid can only happen post a DFS / PFS. A bid is not coming soon (i.e. this year). BHP or the likes are more than happy to pay up for a proven asset vs one that isn't (they have the cash and the need and can play the waiting game). Investors here will need to do the same... I will.

RK, with your talks with the company (not just PR) and the placing to institutions, what's your hypothesis of what happens next? Seems to me, this now is going down the route of Alpala production, JVs where they can, and in effect locks out any bids that are less than £1. No institutional fund is buying here for a quick sale of SOLG.

SOLG need to build up trust again after a battering. Higher chance is of a JV as its mentioned in RNS. I'm surprised on the back of that the share price isn't higher. We are basically being told how we will continue to fund ourselves going forward. Opportunity knocks. Top up time

Risk rewards here just got as good as it can with that news this morning. 21 level seems solid support having bounced off three times.... I topped up too.
