Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
CD you read this board very different to me. Maye look over the past few posts and you'll be more educated. PFS will come and if it's good, share price will spike and there will be a lot trading out of SOLG. I own and will trade out some too. Wouldn't surprise me to see the price flat after a few days.
RK, these institutional investors are having zero affect on the share price. I'm in quite few tech stocks in the US and you can tell when institutional investors are buying... volume is there and share price reflects. Whoever these institutional investors are buying this, won't make any difference when the market sells off. That is fact (and you just have to go over the last 4 weeks of trading to see that). As a few commentators have said over the past few days, lots on here recently are talking the book up from comments that have been written years ago and BHP will bid etc etc yawnnnn - nothing new in SOLG being stated as a takeover stock. But don't fool yourself that SOLG is bullet proof against market conditions. As I said before, if anything its one of the most susceptible.
CD, totally disagree (with respect) to your thinking that if markers drop 10% SOLG will not be affected. If anything, we'll probably see SOLG drop by 20%. SOLG has very low volume and investors that want out. SOLG does much worse than most of the listed miners on FTSE.
Bozi... right now? This is the same tone this board has usually uses ??. SOLG needs all the help it can
RK you now speaking directly to Irwin LOL
Great question Quady. I don't think we know the numbers of the PFS, so I doubt it's priced in. However with quite a few investors wanting out and trading levels, I see a spike followed by a return to flat. Only way this goes and stays materially higher is news of JV or a sale of assets.
Really interesting RNS today with the devil in the detail. Prioritising projects and conserving cash can only be positive. No doubt ticks a lot of boxes for institutional holders and should for PI too. Although most. Are waiting for PFS, we should continue to see more funds now but into the story. I would really like to see a big broker pick up SOLG coverage. Maybe post PFS? RK maybe a question for next time you speak to SOLG.. who are their house broker and have they ever considered changing.
Well we all know what Sanga is working on! Be interesting to see how the market would react to that story unfolding. Closer to broker price targets of about 60/70p tops I would assume
Good catch DBW. Every Sept. has seen big gains! (only to evaporate following month LOL). Trading caps on!
mmm not sure we would be off to the races. Last time they bought into SOLG, it was a short lived high.
Cant believe we're back commenting on bids for SOLG. Highly unlikely in the near term (I would say that's post another year minimum). Companies like BHP and Newcrest will want everything confirmed re: grades and resources and therefore will be happy to miss out on any share price increase until that's done. I'm pretty certain there will be another equity raise before any bid materialises (but I hope its financed through debt / JV vs equity).
Well RK. you're dammed if you do and just another opinionated investor if you don't. I find it very difficult to believe RK has made all that up. If he has, then he's very good at weaving a story together, as that all seems quite plausible. Time will tell, and if so, a lot of neh sayers here will owe a huge apology and wish they had bought in. I did. As I said, waiting now with anticipation. Keep up the sharing.
RK I think that strategy will hold for quite a few peops here too. Bring on 50/55p!
so vs . peops trying to predict the share price for a bid (no time soon)... can we start predicting the date when the PFS will land?!
without the meat.. sounds like last 2/3 months to buy SOLG before a sharp move up. Look forward to the details. Thanks RK
the most exciting news today, will be the news that RK kindly shares. Waiting with anticipation (Cheers again!)
Well said Quady... who let the rampers out! (LOL)
suggest you go to the website that AAA have shared in the RNS and deal
RK1 thanks for sharing. Could you ask them how they are doing with investor appetite? (here and the US)? Are institutional investors showing more interest / what are they worried about? Do they have further roadshows planned? If so when? I would really like to know if the previous roadshow was as successful as they had anticipated, but I guess they will say yes?
Don't blame you David. Quite a few are waiting for levels to sell. SOLG share price will be capped for a quite a while going forwards
here we go. strap in!
