Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Matched bargain facility is exactly that... you can sell your shares at 80p. From previous facilities this will only be for a limited period and the bargain facility can move down I.e. if more demand to sell then the matched bargain could move from say 80p to 70p where there will be qgain a 'match' should you wish to sell and another buyer wants to buy.
Looks like mesh shareholders will now become aaa shareholders. Not bad. Relisting at £1?
Sean, yup that is the issue here. There is no fearmongering here.. simply fact. But as an explorer SOLG needs the money and raising funds will be the norm until production. Trade around this stock around a core you are comfortable. You'll know when it's time to sell when everyone here start to post takeout valuations of £2 / £3 because we are going to be bought out.
Yup CD. What I think needs to happen too (and what I've been saying). I've never known corporate action to happen in the summer lull, so this, if it happens will occur late August / September. They also would not be able to speak about it prior to that event.
I agree. But JVs will not get SOLG to anywhere near the numbers that peops think they (PTs ranging from £1 to £3 (LOL) range). A JV will get a spike.. everyone will rush with sell orders and we'll probably get back to 40/45p with everyone hitting the bid.
Unfortunately this company will not be sold as it stands. JV at best for now. If Cornerstone are offered better terms for SOLG shares then maybe we are on the path to sale of sorts. Right now, no one is going to be buying this company with the current structure.
DBW... how many times has someone here written that.. or 'wouldn't want to be out this...' Nothing will happen here until Q4.
Rcgl... I believe the winners in SOLG over the past two.. maybe three years are those that have traded this well between the defined price bands bands. Buy and hold strategy has come second. Hence why the many frustrated SOLG holders
I think an approved offer for CGP is more likely on the cards today than it was before. Lining up all the ducks for a takeover? If that did ever happen, you know the M&A story that follows...
Shipright that was a funny post! For algo's to trade they need liquidity. There def. is no liquidity in SOLG. I think BHP have better things to do than to ask market makers to keep the price down. I hardly think them doing that will mean they get SOLG for cheap. This is likely a few retail people selling down into commodities sell off and lets be honest, not wanting to hold a large relative stake in a stock and that will very likely not to do much in the next 3 /4 months.
I agree too. What's also hilarious is everyone looking at what's on the bid and offer to ascertain which way this stock will move. You all realise that you can hide orders and keep on reloading. this stock is frustrating. One for the bottom draw and not to be touched unless it trades at extreme levels (and you'll know when that is from the sentiment of this chatroom).
80p to £1 relist then. The rumours were true!
guess rumours are true. #aaa /#mesh will relist at about £1. Well done all holders
Back above all moving averages and stochastics at oversold, with RSI showing strength. Love it! Bought more here
By now, you should know when it's time to take profit. It's when everyone starts listing takeout prices that range from £1 to £2.50.
I agree with the JV thoughts Quady. Other tenants are where JV happen. I don't think they will need to put up a for sale sign but we and the world knows the resources SOLG have are world class. With the new officially friendship with CGP, I'm expecting a tie up with them in some shape or form. Makes sense but that's post PFS. When that happens we have a package that a buyer can make sense of without any complications and buy the lot. I still do not think SOLG make it to production. Not because they can't, but because they will have been bought out by then.
surprised anyone is even listening to you Brown fudder. You've been consistently wrong with Melody / NAPS / wahtever it becomes later on. Much better stocks out there that are growing at high double digits. Spotify still the best.
INV metals in Ecuador just got bought after their feasibility study (courtesy of Irwin on canadian chat board). Things are hotting up!
I'm hoping the announcement is of a bid! I can dream :)
Happy to accept that a bid at that price too. What was Ingo's feedback on your point of view?
