Yes the fact he bought the shares in Nov 2023....really does look bad as to why they didn't sort this out before having the vote as JW held so many shares and could have changed the outcome of he had voted against.

Tbf, you someone has said this before, that these placing shares belonged to JW. But I can't remember who.

How can he be expected to take the financial risk when he wasn't allowed to vote.

Zag, if JW bought those shares in November 2023, even more reason for the previous vote to have been invalid. It's a nonsense that he wasn't able to vote. SL must have known about this.

It would make sense. If he wasn't allowed to vote then he should not have to carry the risk of the sp dropping either. So maybe the price has changed and he has been reimbursed. Otherwise, when would this 2.2p placing have occurred? As always, more questions than answers.

Pennpetro is pleased to announce that it has it has raised £360,000 by way of a placing ("Placing") of 6,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 6 pence per share ("Placing Shares"). The Placing was conducted by the Company's corporate broker, Peterhouse Capital Limited.

Application will be made for admission of the Placing Shares to listing following the Company's ordinary shares return from suspension. The Placing is only conditional upon the issue of the Placing Shares.

Looks like JW could have changed the outcome of the resolution 1 vote had the share register been correct at the time of the last vote. Hmm.

Oh dear, that is a very large purchase at a cheap price. Looks like he should have had voting rights and alot of them at the last vote.

Have to agree with Zag. Must be done by now surely? Unless the all the will/probate/SL issues are holding it up. I'm not sure if that's all done and dusted.
