I guess they decided to scrap it and hold the vote again.

Zag, it's obvious to all that you don't read or understand the RNSs fully. You constantly email the BOD for some fluffy, easy to digest reassurance. Ask them about the FCA enquiries, is it done and dusted or will there be an investigation??

Zag, I guess spinks omitted the massive dilution from his email to you earlier. I guess that's because it was actually going to have an impact on us, unlike whatever line he fed you in your personal exchange. What did he say on that call... "you know who you are"... Hope me makes you feel special.

Do you know the funny thing, if it had been 70% dilution but the rto had happened, we would actually be better off. So this is actually worse than I imagined.

As shareholders, we actually owned a good amount of the company... Have given it away.

I don't think so Steve because it was our bargaining chip. SL wanted half of nobel. Rmd wanted ppp for the rto. We had some power to get more for those items than we are currently getting... Which is screwed over.
