Sorry Jack's dad, I know what you mean now, you are referring to getting the share register straight... I thought that's what the last vote was for. Or are you saying they want to vote again because of the resolution that failed. I did think they mentioned on a call they were going to do an offering for existing shareholders? What happened to that idea?

NU, tbf I still don't know exactly what went on with TE and GV. I mean Robert Menzel was involved in that deal... Then he tried to save ppp with SL. So still not sure how it all played out and where the guilt lies. But I do know the facts that Petroquest has 51 % of the assets I bought into when I bought my shares and I do know this happened after he impaired those assets. So he had a conflict of interest. He was involved in valuing assets that he would come to control. And now the new board say the assets will be unimpaired... After SL has taken 51%....those are the facts right?

If ppp had nothing, why did petroquest take 51% of nobel for a 6m loan? Why are assets that SL impaired with no transparency at all, now being unimpaired possibly? All good questions I think.

That's the narrative, yes NU. Can't say it's one I agree with personally. If SL hadn't got involved, ppp would have not been in such a vulnerable position for RMD to come and SAVE us... Aka get the ppp shell cheap.

OK Zag, so how come rmd are so entrenched in ppp and a prospectus is being put together? Just because there is no rto vote yet doesn't mean the rto isn't too far advanced for suspension to be lifted.

Zag, their holdings are inconsequential as compared with the rewards they will probably receive for pulling this rto with rmd off.

Jack's dad the accounts are done. The auditors issued a disclaimer saying basically they won't put their names to what is in them.

Are you suggesting something more needs to be done to the accounts? Further sign off? Or are you just making stuff at this point?

Something like... JW and all those pesky shareholders held up the return to trading... And now the RTO has been deemed to have progressed too much for a return to trading until the RTO is complete...

Then ppp can say they tried to return before the RTO and all the blame will be placed on the shareholders as usual and rmd will get their rto and we will be more shafted then we already are.
