Timeline for requesting a return to trading

Following the publication of the accounts for 2024/25 along with a series of other steps required by the Company, a request will be made to the London Stock Exchange for PPP shares to return to trading on the Exchange. At the point of application, the Company will publish an updated timeline to give shareholders a better understanding of the actions required and potential timelines. Should the Company progress with the proposed Reverse Take Over (RTO) as previously announced, this may preclude the Company from returning to trading until the RTO process concludes.

Sorry, you have a short memory and do you even read the rnss? Ppp stated they would publish a time line to get back trading. Not seen one yet.

As for the JW issue, that was the reasoning given for why the court case is still going on. And that's why NU thinks ppp won't return to trading anytime soon.

Zag, sorry the post deletions make the board hard to read. Why are you expecting an RNS? About JW not being to vote or something else? I would love to see an RNS saying what is still outstanding before this returns to trading. Ppp promised a timeline and haven't delivered.

Zag, NU does have a point though, that's the way the RNS reads. Can't say I gave it much thought as I had assumed something like that would not hold up a return. Especially seeing as shareholders have already been informed in an RNS that JW has crossed the threshold.

ASI, I agree. Thing is, I think NU is saying ppp will choose not to request a return to trading until they have sorted "corporate related matters" out. However, no idea what's on that list and it could be a long one. But it sounds like NU is not expecting a return to trading anytime soon.

Fwiw, I agree it won't return before the AGM. However, I certainly don't think ppp can place the blame for the delay on JW. What a total nonsense. Why are they kicking the can... That's the question.

It does seem ppp is positioning jw as responsible for the next missing step and nothing to do with them...but it's the usual PR..

Considering what a mess this company is in, I find it very difficult to believe JW is the only real obstacle in the way of a return.

I'm not clear on what you are saying exactly? Are you saying the JW court case will prevent ppp from returning to trading?

I understood that part NU. What I dont fully understand is why you think this implies something about his motives? What impact do you feel that will have on ppp returning to trading? Its not clear to me?

NU, I don't know what the issues are that are remaining and what they relate to. What I do know is that after 20 months, we should as shareholders have the right to know exactly what is standing between us and a return to trading and a published timeline as promised by the BOD more than once.

NU, I have no agenda apart from getting my money back. Unfortunately, that is looking very unlikely IMO. It's very difficult to suggest what could /should happen as the board are being opaque even with the masses of rnss and calls.

Why is it OK when NU says exactly the same thing as I have been saying!!!

Feels very much like being strung along until they get the votes they need. So honestly, absolutely no chance it will return before the AGM. End goal is the RTO and that's what all this is about.
