Yes, the share will definitely have to be suspended while the rto happens. But the question is will the rto have to happen before ppp is allowed to come back from this current suspension. My guess is most definitely because at the moment we have no assets and no operations.

So if you think that after the rto, there will be less than 90% total dilution, then you must be disingenuous.

Taken from the AGM notice notes -

"The aggregate nominal amount of the authorities under Resolutions 10 and 11 is £1,284,071.97, representing

dilution of approximately 53%)."

Zag, the dilution will already be over approx 50% according to a previous RNS, before the RTO occurs so, it will probably be more than 90% by the time the RTO is completed. However, don't let the facts get in the way of your strongly held and immovable opinions.

Because obviously you are an oracle Zag, and know everything. I have a lot of money in here and I'm just being realistic. As the majority are, hence why it's so quiet in here now. If it does work out for us, then great. However, the odds are most definitely not on our favour. The significant dilution makes it very hard for us to see any value when this returns. That's the realistic view based on facts.

Stuart, not sure our shares will be with much after the rto but I do believe the rto will probably happen.
