RMD have lots of money and haven't invested that much so far. What they have invested is well protected and lucrative for them. I'm sure they can handle these court cases /investigations if they are truly malicious and designed to be obstructive.

NU, I read all the posts on here and the rnss, and listen to the calls. I keep an open mind and I jsut have not been shown evidence to suggest that there is a concerted effort to prevent ppp returning. What I have seen is incompetence and conflict of interest regarding SL and now with the current board, RMD will benefit whatever happens as they are well protected. What I cannot see is how we as shareholders are protected or even kept informed about things that actually impact this coming back from suspension.

I'm interested though. If you really believe there is some kind of concerted effort to prevent ppp from coming back... Why has nothing been done about investigating TE?? Why are ppp not taking him to court?

NU, even if that were the case... Please tell me how these issues are holding up ppp from returning to trading? Because as far as I am aware, ppp have not spelt that out for us.

I am not a shareholder by choice hepran. That's is a very important distinction. We are suspended and I am trapped. I have not voted for any of the changes that have happened since suspension. I still don't know when this is going to return and it's nearly 2 years.

That's your narrative. I have yet to see evidence of that. It makes no sense to me when he owns 7m shares is it? Also he had a totally legitimate basis on which to bring that case. So I just really don't get your narrative at all.

From what I can see... PPP updated the register before the hearing, so JW didn't lose on that basis. He got to vote at the AGM. There was no point imo to him winning the broader issues. However, these were probably put together before he knew he would get a resolution in terms of having is name put on the register and his rightful voting rights.

Yes but the agm wasn't cancelled and ppp sorted the voting rights. How would it have been fair to have yet another agm with JW owning 6m shares he can't vote with?? Is that democratic??

His intention was to get his voting rights and his name on the register. Totally reasonable and legitimate.

The other stuff was in response to the fact SL held an AGM while knowing that JW was not allowed to vote even though he owned a lot of shares and would have impacted the vote outcome possibly. That to me is not unreasonable but I guess it's a hassle and seeing as the same resolutions passed this time, it is pointless to do. So makes sense for ppp to win this imo.

The question is would JW have got his shares before this recent agm if he had not gone down this route.

Maybe someone can explain if we still need to meet the 30m mcap to return to trading? Or if that's only after an RTO?

Well that's a strange response NU, cos if my shares become worthless, so will yours. If you do infact have shares.

Shareholders are rightfully fed up. Let us out and then do what you want with the company. We are already informed it will be getting towards 60% dilution and that's before the RTO. We need 30m mcap for main market to return to trading... How is that going to work?

It will soon be pointless returning because my shares will be worth nothing.

Why should I be pleased? Will it make any difference to when this returns to trading? What has this court case got to do with that? It hasn't been made clear to me what is holding ppp return to trading up? I don't care about all this nonsense. I don't like the petty and whining approach of the RNSs. All I want is an RNS which tells me when I can sell my ppp shares. That's it.
