It might be worth someone using the webinar to ask this company what is it that they actually do?

on the face of it, they appear to exist solely for the twin purposes of (a) helping the folks that run EUA to line their pockets, and (b) printing and selling shares in order to enable (a).

but perhaps EUA also do something like mining? — gecko and wilco have insisted that EUA have rare earth metals, but EUA doesn’t seem to have announced that in its RNSs or company results.

i suppose it’s possible that gecko & wilco are just lying / mistaken, but just in case they are right and EUA’s RNSs are wrong, then the company should probably issue an RNS to correct their previous omissions and detail what rare earth metals this company has.

sadly, EUA does have some form for getting a bit muddled about what it mines. for instance,

10/4/25 RNS: “[EUA]… the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold mining company…”

vs.

28/3/25 RNS: “[EUA] … the iridium, osmium, palladium, platinum, rhodium, ruthenium and gold mining company…”

The two relevant statements in the 28/3/25 RNS are:

“This Private Placement allows the Company to cease using the 2.5p convertible Sanderson Facility …”

“Replacing the Sanderson Facility is in the best interests of the Company and all shareholders..”

neither of those extracts clearly state that the ‘Sanderson Facility’ has actually been legally terminated (as opposed to, e.g. still available but not currently being drawn on).

personally, i think it is quite possible/probably that the loan facility has indeed been legally terminated, particularly since i imagine the BoD will be very keen to dip their hands in the till again … but i’m simply noting that both those sentences in the RNS leave open the possibility that the facility has not yet actually been formally ended. ( - in the sense that one can have a pre-agreed facility in for a loan, mortgage, etc, but not currently be drawing on that facility.).

sometimes with AIM companies, it’s quite sensible to spot ambiguities, or what is implied but *not* actually clearly stated within an RNS.

it would be very easy for the BoD to clarify this if asked at the webinar. i think it’s a small matter, compared with the larger issue that the company as a whole is near worthless.

I think the annual results last year said that they were forbidden to pay the BoD any kind of “compensation”, other than “expenses” & travel (or something to that effect, i’ve not read back), so long as any of the trade finance facility was still “in place”.

the recent placing RNS talking about the fundraising meaning that the company would not have to “use” the sanderson facility.

as so often with EUA, the slippery wording seems to leave it slightly unclear whether the facility is still ‘in place’ but not currently being drawn upon, vs whether the loan facility is no longer still ‘in place’, i.e. terminated completely now they have the placing money.

it is characteristic of slippery old EUA imv that they didn’t provide any info about BoD backpay, and pay and perks going forward, in that placing RNS.

as crypto says, fair question for the webinar, eh.

one way or the other, this BoD will be gorging from the trough so long as the company keeps staggering on. it’s just a lifestyle company that doesn’t mine and can’t sell, so they won’t be getting rich any other way.

(on a general note, important never to be fooled by an AIM BoD deferring pay, vs foregoing pay.)

The only person who could definitely know if amit had *not* sold shares in jan/feb/march/april would be amit himself. … anybody else would simply be guessing.

and let’s be sensible about this, there is no conceivable universe in which amit could be called a good source.

(if amit himself told you that he has not sold any more shares since december, you’d have to be a moronic loony to trust him!)

…. so if he sold some more shares in january, feb, march or april, then your claim would be a false one, since a december sale would *not* have been the last one.

i am not questioning whether or not you know somebody who bought shares from amit in december, or whether you did so yourself. …. but i am saying, you have no way of knowing whether that would have been the *last time* that amit sold cloudtag shares.

for all you know, he might have sold shedloads to somebody yesterday, or sold more shares every single week since New Year’s Day.

you have claimed that the last time amit sold CTAG shares was in december 2024. … my point is not a guess at all, pretty straightforward actually; — **you have no way of knowing** that amit has not also been continuing to sell cloudtag shares to other people in january, february, march or april this year (unless you are amit, of course).

(obviously, you would know whether or not *you* bought more shares in 2025. and you might have heard something from amit about share sales, telling you what he would like you to believe about his share sales to others. but given amit’s history, you’d have to be more than a bit daft imv to believe a single word he says.)

there’s a huge difference in commercial and mining terms between having rare metals vs rare earth minerals. …simply not the same thing, and it is dishonest (&/or incredibly stupid) ramping by those here who try to pretend that global demand for rare earth metals makes any difference to EUA, which does *not* have ‘em.

Rare earth minerals are compounds containing rare earth elements.

platinum and palladium are not rare earth elements.
