as i suggested earlier, i would not expect a large multinational to make any comment just because some lagos hustler uses their name in hustles targeting a few hundred small fish. i don’t think this particular situation is all that different. a big corp will respond if they see likely significant reputational damage or loss of earnings. that’s not likely for JC, imv, nobody really cares about cloudtag and very few in the real business world would ever have heard about it.

amusing imv that not only have they still failed to publish that DFS (- i didn’t spot any explanation for that in this interview? -), but now CS says they will have to “rebuild” a new one … it would be interesting to know if CS will commit to publishing that promptly, if /when it is done… can-kicking…

i see that CS, like many of the rampers here, tries to blame putin’s invasion of ukraine for EUA’s failure to sell any of its so-called assets. … but it’s well worth remembering imv that the lengthy FSP ended in failure (i.e. with no sale agreed to anyone of anything) a full 9 months *before* putin sent his tanks in.
