I think i once wrote a program on the zx80 which sounded a bit like stretch (and that was before the 16k ram pack was available for trickier code).

It’s a daft discussion, since only amit will know the list of people (zero, one, many) to whom he has given free or discounted shares, or cash or other incentives to do things for him.

Individuals such as trombone will obviously know what they themself have personally been given, or not, by amit —— but cannot know one way or the other what amit might have given others … just what those others have *said*, which may or may not be true.

personally, i don’t believe that anyone shilling for amit since delisting would have accepted payment in cloudtag shares, since they should have been well aware that the shares are utterly worthless.

Yup, it ain’t difficult. .. if a company cannot sell any of its assets, and those assets lose money rather than make money, and the company does/has nothing else which makes money, then the company is effectively worthless.

TBOB, CS did not explain why they never published the DFS that had been completed ages ago.

he just tried to buy himself more time by claiming that it would now be out of date and needed recalculating.

& he didn’t commit to publishing that shiny new DFS if it does get done.

Mr_w, (1) resources very different from reserves, (2) most of the wildly over-optimistic ‘value in the ground’ posters on this board cite figures based on cut-off grades set at waste levels, not proper higher grades, (3) value in the ground is meaningless in isolation for investment /valuation purposes —- since value will also crucially depend on *costs* for extraction and processing. EUA has not published data to show those costs, e.g. keeping the DFS hidden, a whopping red flag imv.

meanwhile, it is also clear from years of accounts and RNSs, (a) they have failed to sell any assets at all despite many years of trying, (b) they don’t think it would make money activating the sinosteel thang, (c) they lose money every time they try to mine, (d) the company has nothing else and does nothing else which makes any money.

18:02, your point seemed to be that the placing proved that americans “saw something in the resources” … that’s where I disagree with you; bucket shop AIM flippers don’t care at all about any kind of company fundamentals, merely whether there is sufficient liquidity and froth in the market to quickly flip their allocation for a few per cent. anyone who has watched AIM for more than a week should be well aware of that.

Dietch, it is incontrovertible fact that *nobody* has bought *any* of EUA’s assets, despite them trying to sell ‘em for many years, including a lengthy failed FSP even before putin’s vile and idiotic war…..

if you are trying to sell a house, it’s a bit of a stretch to claim that anyone who has googled the property on a website, or even come to nose at the curtains, is actually a ‘buyer’.

Wilco, if US investors wanted to buy shares in EUA they can already do that in london; zero advantage for a US investor to buy shares listed in kazakhstan rather than in london.
