Trimmed c 5%, swapping out for more AV, AZ, shell & TW., but holding onto the rest, feels like there might be something genuinely corporate brewing .., downside relatively limited if false alarm, i think.

….unlikely to be highly exciting for growth, but good management, good cash position, good dividend, (small, 5-10%?) possibility take over in next 1-2 years, and its in a sector that’s been somewhat out of favour for a fair old while, so not buying at an overly frothy point (i hope).

F for sure, labour win election result must be utterly baked in, but prospect of a seriously large majority for starmer could mean he can play hardball with the left of his party once in govt, with some possible additional plus points to UK borrowing from international markets as a result. (smaller majority might mean he’d have to risk higher spend to placate left, but possible cost of higher UK debt financing.)

[NB nice late bounce in PHNX s/p this afternoon, on a little chatter about possible t/o … rumour only, and a rather different kind of business model from AV., but if there were a bid for another company in this sector likely to add some pep to companies such as AV etc.]

— i.e. distancing himself from any failure to notify / payout, by claiming that delays etc are down to some ‘agent’ — but so far with no evidence whatsoever that the agent is anyone other that amit wearing a false moustache.

… fantastic day for EUA, eh? - admittedly down almost 8%, but still on decent volume, > 20 million. …must be a good sign, falling share price on good volume?

i have no connection to jub capital, nor have i ever held any position in EUA, long or short.

The *shares* are still worth something, just so long as they are traded on this london market and there is enough liquidity to sell ‘em onto daft punters. but that does not mean that the underlying assets are worth anything other the price of a bucket of cold sick.

(once suspension kicks in, or liquidity drains away to a trickle, the shares won’t be worth diddly squat either.)

I don’t think putin will seize EUA’s assets, simply because they ain’t worth having. (if they were, putin would already have done it.)

I think it’s possible he might send emails to a couple of ‘special’ pis, to help keep the plates spinning. & if he is still hoping to sell more shares, might even be worth him making a couple of payments to certain pis, with the same effect. cloudtag, way better than eastenders.
