HITS, re your 17:09, have you done a company search in st v yourself to know that cloudtag is *not* currently registered there, or is your point more that since the document posted on the cloudtag site is not very recent, you are wondering if cloudtag *might* not still be registered there?

24th June - “Further update - The company has been informed by the paying agent that an email to access the payments **will** be sent out over the next four working days, starting today.”

… but then check the 28th June update in vain for any explanation at all, nil, zero, nada, why that didn’t happen … no **explanation** was given for that failure, although “the Company” [i.e. amit, lol] did say it was “deeply disappointed” — big whoop!

actually, it was even worse than that, as amit didn’t simply announce that the agent was *ready* to send the ‘notifications’, he stated that they *would be sending them out* …. but none at all were sent out ( - notwithstanding the flat s***bag lie from 1984 that he had received one).

& then when amit then updated that he would not after all be publishing contact details for bank and agent, he did not offer one single solitary word of explanation *why* those notifications had not been sent out as he had previously promised.

Nah, the company has been *claiming* that it’s been working with the buyers for a few years … but that’s not quite the same thing.

ok, whispering, so what timescale would you think was not silly? - that was your reaction to my post about amit still posting updates 10 years on with no material outcome …. ? but how about if amit has posted another 50 updates over the next two years? — or 100 updates over the next four years??

(those timescales don’t seem that far-fetched to me, when i look at the length time this sage has taken already.)

Whispering, my question at 21:11 is about jurisdiction … so far as i can see, ongoing updates on a website about a non-UK, unlisted company registered in st vincents are nothing whatsoever to do with the remit and jurisdiction of the UK’s FCA.

( - although there is a mechanism for the st vincent regulator to request info from the UK’s FCA if st vincent is itself trying to investigate - )

? what’s it got to do with the UK’s FCA if the CEO of a non-UK company, unlisted and registered in st vincents, not trading on any UK markets, continues to post updates about that non-UK company??

? is there a particular bad problem with fraud in acton?

21:03, that kind of issue helps distinguish between folks who are traders versus value investors … both very valid ways to try to make money, but very different outlooks, strategies and tactics.

?? so if 10 years on, amit has published another 300 updates, all promising portals, notifications, links, agent details, cheques in the post, additional %ages negotiates, etc etc, but still no payments received after 10 years, whispering would be a true believer?? — wow, truly bizarre!

i used to think whispering was just an ordinary, albeit particularly stupid, pi, but am beginning to doubt that.

Curious how the rampers’ argument is shifting … last week it seemed about complimenting the BoD for finding a clever/sly way to suspend the share while the asset sale was finalised, this week it seems to be along the lines of, ‘nothing at all to see here, loads of companies are doing this, it’s just about a shortage of auditors, honest guv.’
