C’mon Fellas, I think some may be getting ahead of themselves a tad here where Winu is concerned. Three words should just about sum up GGP’s interest in it, “Baby, Walk & Run”.

I’m naturally a very patient person, but not that blumming patient. We need to get the Havieron/Telfer scenario sorted before even contemplating what some are suggesting here, by purchasing Winu too.

A few months ago SD said it’d be a very quiet summer in regards to communication’s from the company, so why can’t you just do what every other investor does, and await details from the horse’s mouth via an RNS, instead of talking complete codswallop all of the time.

There’s 5.1 billion shares in issue, and I bet that if you add up everyone’s holdings who frequents this bb, it wouldn’t amount to more than 10%.

So why is it that the folk with the smallest amount of shares held, seem to be the one’s with the most to say. Go figure ! Most investors are just quietly & patiently waiting, showing no panic, as you can clearly see with the amount of shares traded each day, and you can bet your bottom dollar that half of those are inter trades of our shorter Actus Ray, who are still in the game.

Just calm down and wait for news when it comes, because nothing anyone says here will make the slightest difference in the end.

I wish investors get out of this what they’d hoped for, but fighting between each other is no good to anyone.

Culpepper, the original post was to do with what the MD of Antipa was saying during his presentation at D&D’s. It had nothing to do with your anything you and your barmy pals have been posting. After not only watching GGP’s presentation at D&D’s, I also took the time to look in on one or two of the other companies who were presenting there, and one presentation in particular stood out for me, was the one from Antipa minerals md Rodger Mason. He is very buoyant about the future of the Patterson province, stating that “I the background there will be an M&A buzz in the province with Newmont commencing it’s sale process of Telfer and Havieron assets, alongside Rio evaluating its strategic options for Winu. Transactions by these majors could act as a catalyst for regional consolidation, noting that between Newmont, Rio, Greatland Gold and Antipa, there is roughly 20 million oz’s of gold and 3.4 million tonnes of copper in a ready to developed state.

This could potentially provide a once in a generation company making play”.

Sounds to me like Antipa are putting themselves front and centre in the shop window ready for a possible sale.

Like GGP, they also have a huge land package and some very interesting prospects, of which 50% is less than 20 meters undercover, and 80% is only 80 meters undercover.

Time will tell if this is of significance.

WelshFalcon, I’m pretty sure that whoever buys Telfer, their solicitors and legal team will make sure that some sort of indemnity clause will be written into the sales contract, to alleviate any future problems arising. Just the same as when you sell property over here. I just don’t understand why people think that wouldn’t happen. These guys get paid big bucks for carrying out all Due Diligence in reference to large sales of company assets to new owners. Why would it not be the case here ?

Folk just need to stop fretting and let these blokes do what they’re paid for.

SAB, I don’t doubt for one minute that the old banger can’t be brought back to life. But as any restoration it will take considerable capital to do so. I’m certainly not against us taking on a project, just so long as Tim & Fuzz are there to guide us through it. As of present it’s like opening up the barn doors and even though the engine turns over, we’ve still a helluva lot of work to do to get it performing as it once did. Get it tuned up & running efficiently is the key.

If you related Telfer in terms of a car sale, what would you pay for an old banger with a leaky radiator, flat tyres and at best does 10 mpg ?

Just trying to give you a little advice nothing more. One thing I’m not going to do is tell you what to do investing wise. Like I said that’s up to each individual, and that’s why I never post anything relating to where I think the SP may or may not end up. That’s definitely above my pay grade so to speak. What I will do though, is support the BOD’s in which I place my trust, that they will deliver as they have promised. If they don’t then that’s my bad, not yours or anyone else’s. I invested because I truly believe in the project, and that’s why I put my money were my mouth is and got in early. You either believe in a project or you don’t. It really is that simple.

So why not wait quietly, hoping your prediction comes to fruition.

If it does fine, you can then come and say “look I told you so”, but to keep saying to the majority, we’re idiots and we don’t know the risk or what we’re doing is completely wrong in my book.

Your not thick, and you’ve known exactly what your doing by saying what you do, but neither are we. I believe It’s up to each individual here to judge themselves what they think is right or wrong in their decision whether to hold or sell. Because telling someone they’ve made the wrong decision never ends well.

That’s the first post you’ve written that you haven’t been confrontational to others, and been truthful about. The more you respond as you just have, it’s much more likely folk will have a conversation with you, instead of all the mud slinging. Don’t you agree. It’s in nobody’s interest for the board to descend into tit for tat retaliated response’s, but it’s human nature that we do, including myself, when all we see from another poster, is that his/her posts are written in a negative manner.

You have your views on how you wish to proceed, which goes against most here. That’s fine, I don’t think anyone has a problem with that. But come on, you can’t keep saying we’re all wrong and we don’t know what we are doing, without most taking umbrage at you.

I just don’t understand why you’d want to subject yourself to the criticism you get here. Surely even you can see there are no winners when things that are said get nasty.
