Exactly Jiffy, someone at last with a modicum of sense, also see’s what SD was talking about many many months ago regarding what Gervaise Heddle had done for GGP.

Shaun wasn’t to pleased with what GH had negotiated regarding the JV, but he did say that to have the LROR included was one of Heddle’s smarter moves, and a game changer in regards to GGP’s future and possible buying back of the farm. The problem we have here, is that most of these naysayers that proliferate this board, weren’t around when this was discussed three years ago, and they will say anything to try and cast doubt on your investment. You only need to keep an eye on the bigger shareholders invested in GGP to see that none of em are selling.

I’m not to blind to see that many smaller institutional investors have sold out, but let’s be honest here, none of em held a significant shareholding, in fact I’d go to say that many individuals here hold more shares than some institutions that have sold.

So just as Jiffy has said “relax, bide your time and let SD and the BOD's work it all out.”

Well what of GGP’s 30% ownership of Havieron, that’s a heck of a lot more collateral than the 10% I had to find to borrow money from lenders. Does that not count then ?

From 11 mins 30 seconds, and also as well as owning GGP he ranks them a 4 out of 5. If you know anything about his & Sprotts ranking points, you will know hardly anyone ever gets a score of 4 or above.

Nine, please show us any documentation where it states that the LCA is a “Serious issue” as you state. Quite frankly you can’t, it’s just your interpretation, it’s certainly not official is it, and that’s why I say you make things up to suit your own adjectives, and that in my eyes is utter nonsense is it not ?

Like I’ve said Nine, plenty will lend money, it’s what the banks do and how they survive. Collect in depositors money and then lend 90% of it back to folk who will then pay interest payments on that lending. It’s how the world runs. Obviously you’re not of a positive disposition and are quite a negative Nelly judging by all you waffle on about. Obviously you’ve never had the balls to back your own skill set, as

And neither did I when I first got married in my 20’s, but it didn’t stop me getting a mortgage to buy a house, borrowing money from lenders to help buy machinery for a business I started 35 yrs ago, and then borrowing even more to build up a successful BTL property portfolio.

Surely you’ve heard the expression “Speculate to accumulate”, and that’s what banks are there for. Without the likes of many people like me, the banks business model would fail. The reason they exist, is to provide finance for individuals and industry to go forth and develop more wealth.

People who say the sort of things like what you have come out with imo are just losers. The question isn’t about having no money, the question you should be asking is, how do we get the money to do the things we want ?

With a probable mine development with 8.4 million ounces of gold worth at current value $19.3 Billion after being mined, then I for one can’t see a problem getting funding in place to see this through to production. It’s a huge sum of money being dangled in front of any prospective lender to want to have a piece of. We just need that DFS & DTM sorted and it’s all to play for, whether that’ll be retaining our current 30% or going BIG and trying to buy the farm back. But I’m sure you and your buddies already know that.

I’ve told you plenty of times before Freddie, I do have patience, lots of it, and it’ll be up to me when I decide to divest, but 40p just doesn’t cut it for me, unless of course we get taken out, then it’ll be out of my hands.
